Great and supportive staff who remember your preferences. The equipments are maintained with high quality sanitary standards. The PTs are incredibly knowledgeable (huge shoutout to PT Hoang who goes out of their way to understand their clients’ needs)

Great gym. Minimalist with all equipment you need. Premium looking. Hau was great at accommodating us in our day pass

Steel is, hands down, the best and most elegant gym in HCMC. If you appreciate quality and the finer things in life, you will love it here. Every detail — from the layout to the customer service — feels intentional and genuinely customer-centric. Equipment is spotless and impeccably maintained, and the shower room rivals that of a five-star hotel. But what truly sets Steel apart is the people. The staff (a special shout-out to Khanh, Nghi, and Hau) bring a level of warmth and care that elevates your entire experience, before and after your workout. The coaches are knowledgeable, meticulous, and deeply invested in your progress. As someone who used to dread the gym, I have no doubt Steel has completely changed my relationship with fitness and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

After trying several luxury gyms in the city, STEEL stands out for its boutique feel and sophisticated crowd. The staff remembers your preferences, and the cleanliness is impeccable. It's refreshing to work out in a space where everyone respects the etiquette. Perfect for professionals who value privacy and quality. Their lounge is a nice touch for post-workout meetings

Friendly and helpful staff. Great greenery and environment to workout. High ceiling.

STEEL operates on a personal training model with a modern booking system that lets you proactively schedule your sessions. The monthly fee already includes 1-on-1 PT sessions with no hidden costs. Each workout is well-organized, ensuring a private experience without waiting for equipment. The facilities are top-notch, and the restrooms are always clean. Definitely a place worth committing to for the long term!

Great equipment, spacious and nice layout. Ultimately I was turned off by what they call "guest privileges" in their membership package. Someone would reasonably assume that means you can bring a +1 to work out at the gym sometimes, but actually it just means they can use the lounge area... so your friends can watch you work out I guess? This is false advertising because that's not what "guest privileges" usually means for a gym membership. Also you're not allowed to bring your own trainer which is slightly more understandable but on the other hand the clientele at an upscale gym like this are likely to have their own private trainers. It's a nice gym but personally the unnecessary restrictions make the membership lose any appeal to me. Would be happy to become a member with those two policy fixes.

I had the WORST experience! I tried to use the gym today, however, it is closed for an "event". I've never heard of a gym being closed in my 54 years of living on this planet! I asked to use the gym for just 15 minutes at 6:30am when I came into the gym today, but was denied. I emailed this gym one month ago and at no time did they say the gym would be closed. They instead told me I could use another location which is over 30 minutes away! I am a disabled veteran and it would be too painful for me to travel that long. I told them this, however, they didn't care and refused to allow me to use the gym at my location. I asked to speak with he CEO and owner multiple times, but hey refused. I own multiple gas stations in the U.S. and would NEVER treat my customers this way. DO NOT go to this gym.
