  My favorite gym so far while visiting Thailand, Cambodia, and Vietnam. I got a tour of the facility - downstairs has a water refill station, running machines, row machine, stretching area, shower facility, and lockers. I spent most of my time upstairs at the functional training area. There’s a free weights area on the opposite side, and I think I spotted a squatting rack. The running machines have AC - a huge plus! The facility is clean and I spotted ladies cleaning the area throughout my workouts. The staff is professional and some trainers can speak English. You can pay with cash or card. Overall, very happy with my time here :)

  I’m just looking for an excuse to flex my gym selfies. Joking! The truth is, I love this gym, it’s small but mighty. It has a functional training area, 2 squat platforms, 1 smith, 2 benches, battle ropes, plenty of essential cable machines, dance studio, showers, it’s open 24/7, cardio section, Mr. Bean, my gym crush, my gym rival, my gym bros, personal trainers, classes…it’s a full gym… A New Gym, if you will. 😂🤷🏾‍♂️

  This is the best gym with quality in HCMC. Water is free, opens 24/24, has decent supply of equipment, lockers, stretching areas, group exercise classes like Zumba as well, etc. Also there is absolutely no pressure to purchase PT package, which I adore about this gym, staff is friendly without pushing you to purchase anything. And finally, I see the cleaning ladies everyday morning and afternoon whenever I go there, the gym is clean. Get the membership you won’t regret it, especially now since they are having some discounts, run don’t walk lol. (Note: if you do want to train with a PT, I highly recommend PT Bình, who also goes by the name Bin. I trained with him for a good while and achieved my goals, especially muscle gains. He’s understanding, friendly, responsible, always punctual and observant. He was consistent in monitoring my diet and exercise plan, which I appreciate. Overall 100/10, would recommend, training with him was the best investment I’ve made this year. Honestly get a PT, it’s so worth it, now I’m healthier and more confident in exercising thanks to Bin.)

  I’ve been a member of this gym for a while. While the facilities are decent, my overall experience with customer service has been inconsistent. In the past, I raised concerns regarding the General Manager’s professionalism. After contacting Customer Service, I received support and had a direct conversation with him, during which he acknowledged the feedback and stated he would work on improving. I appreciated the responsiveness from the Customer Service team at that time. More recently, I encountered another issue related to service quality and staff conduct, involving a cleaning staff member. There was an incident regarding the handling of a lost personal item, where the item was kept in the men’s restroom area instead of being properly handed over at the front desk, causing inconvenience for female members. During this process, communication was difficult and an inappropriate exchange occurred in front of the reception area. I reported this matter directly to the branch’s General Manager and was informed that it would be addressed with the cleaning service provider. However, I later observed continued unprofessional behavior, including personal phone calls in work areas and inappropriate remarks about members. Update: The New Gym has responded and confirmed that disciplinary action was taken regarding the reported incident. I appreciate the acknowledgment and hope that clearer procedures and consistent supervision will be maintained going forward.

  Machines are broken and its a total mess. The gym abroad are cheaper and keep higher quality and organized. You shouldn't be allowed to have this high membership fee if your quality doesn't even meet the lowest standard. Only go to this gym if you like running.

  I was looking for a gym closer to my workplace but unfortunately I did not take a close enough look at the gym. The first time I went they had a deal for three months but when I went again to sign up a few days later it had changed to six months for over 2 million VND or 1 month for 300k (but with a 600k registration fee). So, their malignant pricing worked as I will opt to go to a different gym and lose the money for the six month membership. There is not enough equipment and I routinely had to search for weight plates and take them from other stations. There are hardly any attachments for the cable machines and overall the machines are low quality. I also find it weird that there is a camera in the locker room. It's been my least favorite gym to work out at.
