Okay equipment and quality for a budget gym located in the center of saigon, my trainer (Tuyen) is super skilled, thoughful and nice. Highly recommend for office workers like me who prioritize convenience for wuick workouts during the week.

New Gym is an excellent fitness center with high-quality standards. The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and equipped with a wide range of machines to suit all training needs. The personal trainers are highly professional, knowledgeable, and always supportive, ensuring safe and effective workouts. In addition, the staff members are friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming and motivating environment.

Overall, this is a decent gym with friendly and helpful staff, though some equipment has low max weights. The low two-star rating is primarily due to persistent operational issues that staff were unable to resolve and specifically asked me to report here. Main Issue (TV Screen): Ever since I joined, the TV on the cardio floor has been playing the exact same episode of a random cartoon on repeat. Staff informed me this issue falls under the marketing team's responsibility and suggested I mention it in this review to prompt a necessary change in programming. Maintenance Issues: There is a recurring lack of soap and shampoo in the dispensers in the male changing rooms. Furthermore, the automatic urinal sensor often fails to flush, which, combined with the lack of a manual flush option, creates an unpleasant smell in the area. I hope management uses this feedback to address these small but significant issues, particularly the TV programming and the basic maintenance problems (Sorry for being picky). (Note: Please do not penalize the staff, as they helped direct me to the correct feedback channel) Prices: 300k per month (Vietnamese bank) | 400k per month (cash) They do not have a day pass, but I got to try one session for free before signing up for a membership.

4-storey buiding with free weights on the top floor. Not my favourite layout but it has new equipment and the gym is constantly being cleaned which I appreciated. What i did not like was the staff behaviour. After finding out that I will not be taking their expensive PT packages, they turned 360 and did not even acknowledge or say hi the following visits. Some arrogant managers that work here. Do not recommend for this hostile experience itself. There are plenty of other gyms with well behaved staff.

The gym is good, but too much leg machines and not enough cable machines and also buy more stuff for the cable machine. I dont want to wait 40 minutes for a rooes or a bar. The staff needs more training today i wanted to get another 6 months and it took 3 people and a manager 45 minutes to renew it so i didnt have anymore time to do my session today. The issue was they say they need your passporrt by law you dont have to give a gym your id or copy of your id because gyms will sell your information. I suggest you teach your staff the LAW and stop wasting my time. It was a very simple task and it took 3 people to fix. Unacceptable really!!! The owner should really reconsider what incompetence hes hiring. Also whoever designed the lockers please find another job. There is holes in the doors and no indicator if ones is taken or not. So you have to open each one to see if its not taken. Really dumb system. I will adjust the rating if the service improves in the following month. Barely 2 stars right now.

The entire system runs on a buggy, half-broken app that is unreliable. The first few times I went to the gym after registering, I couldn't get in and even had to call a hotline and wait for them to manually unlock the door. Worst of all, their auto-renewal membership purchase is broken. I altered them of this a month prior, and this month it still wasn't fixed. After over an hour of troubleshooting with staff, who couldn't help and blamed my bank/card which works for every other purchase, they offloaded me to tech support who was equally useless and again blamed me for their tech failures. Lastly, management overwhelms their PT staff, whom are constantly pushed to upsell training packages. This eventually led to burnout and a series of mass resignations. I know this because my PT, the only one who spoke English, resigned unceremoniously. All of the data-tracking of my progress and routines until that point were discarded. Oh, and the AC doesn't function properly half the time. This gym is cheap, but it's run by a soulless corporation (New District JSC) that scams members and exploits its workers.

Terrible experience. I messaged then ahead of time to ask if it was possible to do a trial day (which I would have even paid for gladly). They replied and said I should just come by and they would sort it out for me. I walk there for more than 40 minutes. And then they refuse me, saying they don’t offer any day passes. Very poor service and really bad customer care. Do not go here! There are plenty of other, better options.

Recently arrived in Vietnam for a one-month stay and wanted to keep my training on track. I was pleased to find this gym just 350 metres from my hotel and walked over intending to purchase a one-month membership. The staff advised that monthly memberships were available, which was great. However, I was then informed that I could not join because I do not have a Vietnamese phone number. I explained that I use an eSIM for data while travelling, which does not come with a local number, but unfortunately that meant I was not allowed to sign up. A rather surprising policy, especially for a gym that could otherwise appeal to tourists and short-term visitors. A shame, as I was ready to join there and then.
