Had a great experience with AIH during my pregnancy. Professional and supportive doctors, smooth process, and very responsive communication throughout. Truly appreciate the quality service and attention to detail.

I have been a loyal patient at AIH for several years, and I highly recommend this hospital. The quality of care is excellent, and the professionalism of the entire team fully meets the standards of an international hospital. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Ngoc Tien and his secretary, Ms. Tuyet Anh. For many years, they have supported me with outstanding expertise, exceptional dedication, kindness, and genuine compassion. Their professionalism, availability, and attentive care have given me confidence and reassurance throughout my medical journey. A heartfelt thank you to the entire AIH team. I recommend this hospital without hesitation.

I had an exceptional experience at the American International Hospital in Ho Chi Minh City. The entire medical and administrative staff demonstrated the utmost professionalism. I am particularly grateful to Dr. Hung, whose extensive experience, deep knowledge, and approachable demeanor made a significant difference in my care. Additionally, the nursing team provided outstanding support. Nurses Lam Thuy and Linh Phi were amazing, and the rest of the nursing staff were equally dedicated and capable. I truly appreciate their exemplary service and commitment to patient care.

Linh Phi is an outstanding nurse who meets international standards. Beyond providing medical care, she also soothes patients' emotions at the bedside, instilling a strong sense of security. She does her utmost to address patients' needs as quickly as possible. I am deeply grateful for her meticulous care; the hospital should recognize and reward her. Ward level 7, Patient from SINGAPORE

TLDR: My baby was delivered here, doctor is good, the office team needs some work, however since the baby is here everything is all good. I wrote this for my U.S folk seeking advice on which hospital for your delivery American International Hospital (AIH) might be the right choice. Now that you get past TLDR, avoid our mistake, originally we plan to have Le Van Duc, an outside specialist to come in AIH deliver our baby, but he fails to show up right before the delivery, could have let us know, wasnt our best call. AIH offers options including the doctors on duty. But we request our case will be handled by Dr. Phi Van Vu another in-house Doctor whom we aslo had an consultation 3 weeks before delivery. You prolly question us why we have so many names involves, we visited couple other doctors because in case our called specialist might act up. At around 12;30 AM, Dr. Phi shows up, despite looking not too happy, either because he was not on duty tonight or scheduled for our delivery. He is still a professional, he delivers our baby with care and dedication. He tends to my wife afterward and making sure she is OK! Much appreciated Dr. Phi unlike the other guy that I need to drag him down After care services is also highly recommended, I am not the one that receiving them but my other half looks happy. If I have to complain, the staffs that handle the birth cert and accounting department needs to be trained again, feel like I am dealing with total newhires. I lost count how many time they need to recoup to discuss with higher up, Accounting might need to update their template, wrong info. Business team could have ruined the whole experience, and I am not even surprised if they did. Come on guys, I paid for your top of the line package DISCLAIMER, not affiliated with the hospital in anyway. Dr. Phi and me share the same last name, but we are not related, I bet he is not too excited to talk me atm. AIH did not pay me, more like the opposite!

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience welcoming our baby at American International Hospital. From the very beginning, Dr. Phi and the entire ekip were incredibly caring, professional, and supportive throughout the whole journey. Their attentiveness, patience, and warmth made us feel safe and well taken care of during such a special moment in our lives. We are truly grateful for the excellent care both mom and baby received. Thank you Dr. Phi and the amazing team for helping us welcome our little one into the world so beautifully.

The service is extremely unprofessional and frustrating. I made an appointment for 8 a.m. and had to wait 30 minutes. Then a staff member came to tell me that the doctor was stuck in traffic and wouldn’t arrive until 9:30. What a ridiculous way to operate! Another time, I came in for a gynecological check-up. Since it’s sensitive information, I asked the receptionist quietly and politely. However, she was very rude, she asked me to repeat myself twice in a loud voice and even repeated my request loudly so that everyone nearby could hear it. Not to mention, there were many men around at the time! In addition, the dental department seems only capable of handling very basic treatments. If you need a more complex procedure, such as wisdom tooth removal, they are unable to perform it. Most of the other departments also appear quite limited in terms of treatment options. Simply having a nice-looking lobby does not make a hospital “international” or premium. They should invest in improving the quality of their services rather than focusing on appearances. I was willing to pay higher prices for polite and professional service, but I don’t think this hospital can provide that.
