  My experience with Dr. Abbey has truly meant more to me than I ever expected. When I first walked into his office, I was nervous and unsure—dental implants felt overwhelming. But from the very beginning, Dr. Abbey’s honesty, kindness, and calm, trustworthy presence made me feel safe. He explained everything with such patience and clarity that I felt, for the first time, like I was finally in the right hands. Throughout the entire process, he was reliable, gentle, and genuinely caring. It never felt rushed, and I always felt heard. The level of comfort he provided turned a challenging experience into something I could move through with confidence. And his staff—truly wonderful people. They welcomed me with warmth every single visit, remembered the little things, and made the office feel less like a clinic and more like a place of support. Their compassion, professionalism, and sincerity made all the difference. I am so grateful for the beautiful results, but even more grateful for the experience itself. Dr. Abbey and his team changed something that once felt scary into something healing. I can’t recommend them enough. For the record , I had 6 implants with crowns top jaw rear and all 6 front teeth also crowned. Thank you so very much Dr. Abbey 🙏🏽

  As a foreigner, they treated very gently and talked english with me as best as they could. I was really appreciative of that! The result came and were easy and clear to read! Highly recommended!

  I had an appointment that Dr Abbey set up for me with one of the other dentists. She was absolutely fantastic. She took her time to the thorough examination determined that I needed some small fillings that were done undetectably. The procedure was painless and I felt and looked great afterward.   I am a patient from the U.S. I came to DYM for my routine teeth cleaning with Dr. Abhishek on December 17, 2025. Had a wonderful experience. Dr. Abhishek is professional, gentle & very thorough. He even took time to show me around the facility & introduced me to other medical staff. I highly recommend anyone in need of great dental care to go see Dr. Abhishek.

  Just went there to remove some stitches from a previous surgery. I was taken in charge immediately and for a very affordable price. 20 minutes after I was out. The staff is very nice, and the doctor and nurses are very professional.

  I had my company health check at DYM. Everything went smoothly at first — until the nurse and doctor started laughing at my personal information (specifically, my department) while I was still in the examination room. DYM often promotes its so-called “Japanese standard service,” but it seems that the only “standard” here is mocking and judging patients’ personal details.

  I will start with the only good experience: the blood drawn was fast and smooth but after that.. nothing was I as I expected. I went for a general check-up and first: the order of the consultation don't make sense. they ask you to drink water before the eco but they send you to dentist, ENT and others before you do the abdominal eco. it was torture. They also select certain people to go next even though their file was not next (so I suppose they receive bribes) Last but not least, the results come after weeks, although most of the results they have the same day, and they don't have any interpretation or recommendations or clear images. The generalist doctor was completely lost when I actually expressed an issue, he recommended an x-ray and said bye bye. not another care that the issue was not resolved. The breast eco was done with such speed I actually thought she is just spreading the gel but that was it, she said all done after 30 seconds of looking at a very fast moving screen - not sure what to believe from her interpretation.. I instructed the reception to contact my insurance company and they didn't understand anything from what I asked. the basically at the end made me pay for something and sent me home to do the insurance process. Very unhappy with my experience, try to go somewhere else, especially if you are not Vietnamese, they don't speak good English and they don't treat expats ok.

  Be very careful. What is quoted on the website is not honored. Worst, the sales person insists they have quoted based on policy. So basically the policy is to mislead. Package price quoted for Individual health check up is actually for group. So it was explained to me. Request for escalation to Manager and for Manager to call back has been met with silence. Guess they are too busy. Should avoid this place. Update: DYM has since updated the website and a Thao Le text me as follows: “Please kindly recheck. My manager mentioned that the individual pricing currently has a different price list compared to yours.” No ethics whatsoever. Not only are they not honoring the initial pricing, they are not even acknowledging the error making it appear that the mistake was mine. Seriously, if they are capable of this, we need to wonder what if there was a clinical error.
