  I have been seeing Dr. Phung Ngoc Thu regularly to follow up on my breast nodules. I tend to get anxious about these appointments, but she always has a warm smile on her face, which helps a lot. When I had my first biopsy last October, I was very nervous. She even played a song in my native language to help me relax. I thought that was incredibly thoughtful. She and her team were professional and kind throughout the whole process. I've had a very positive experience with her and always feel well taken care of during my visits. I'm grateful for her care and support.

  I booked a full body health check at FV Hospital and had a very good experience overall. The process was smooth and well organised from the beginning. I first contacted them through Zalo, where a consultant explained the different packages, pricing and procedures. English over the phone may not be their strongest point, but communication through Zalo was clear and easy enough with translation. I chose the Extensive Programme, which was priced at around 7.8 million VND and took roughly 3 to 4 hours, which was accurate. It sits between the Standard Programme and the higher Executive Programme, so it felt like a good middle option. The hospital itself is large, clean and professional. Everything felt systematic and logical, with different tests carried out in different areas. The consultant escorted me from place to place, which made the whole process much easier, especially if you are not familiar with the hospital layout. I also noticed foreign doctors there, which gave extra reassurance. The tests were handled professionally, including the blood test, which was much easier than I expected. After the main tests and scans, there was some waiting time for the results, but this was expected. During that time, I was given vouchers to eat at the canteen, and I was genuinely surprised by the food quality. It was much better than typical hospital food, and the fruit provided was fresh and good quality. Afterwards, I collected the results and was escorted to see the doctor and dietician, who explained the findings and gave recommendations. I was also given a hardcopy pack of the results and received the information by email. It may not be the cheapest health check option in Ho Chi Minh City, but you are paying for a well-known hospital that is organised, clean and foreigner-friendly. I would recommend FV Hospital for anyone looking for a comprehensive health check in Vietnam. I hope the photo of the pricing helps others because i was looking through reviews here prior to enquiring and couldnt find anything.

  I had a medical issue that doctors back home in Montenegro said could only be solved with surgery — and even that would take at least two months because there was no specialist available. Later, I tried to get the same procedure in the UAE, but the prices started from $2,500! Then I came to Ho Chi Minh City. In this clinic, Dr. Le Thi Thanh Truc, a gastroenterologist, told me I didn’t need surgery at all, prescribed the right medication, and the problem disappeared in just a few days. I’m incredibly grateful to her! The hospital itself is luxurious — it feels more like a hotel than a clinic. The prices are not the cheapest, but the results are absolutely worth it. They even provided me with a Russian translator free of charge, which I didn’t expect at all. I can truly recommend this hospital — even if it feels like no one else can help, they just might.

  A special thank you to Dr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Head of Maxillofacial and Dental Surgery — a brilliant surgeon and a genuinely kind person. He took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis, all treatment options, and the risks involved. I felt completely informed and confident going into surgery. The entire team — nurses, anesthesiologists, coordinators — made me feel safe and well taken care of every step of the way. The hospital itself is clean, modern, and operates to true international standards. General anesthesia was handled perfectly, and the procedure went smoothly. I am deeply grateful to everyone involved. If you are an international patient looking for high-quality maxillofacial surgery in Vietnam — FV Hospital is the right choice. I highly recommend it without any hesitation.

  I highly recommend Dr. Phùng Ngọc Thư from Breast Clinic. She is a doctor with great knowledge, experience and a very professional approach to her patients. My appointment took place in a calm, kind and respectful atmosphere, without any rush and with full attention to my concerns. Dr. Phùng listened to me carefully, asked clear and relevant questions, explained everything in a way I could understand, and presented a clear plan for the next steps. She also speaks perfect English, which made communication very easy and gave me extra confidence during the consultation. What I appreciated most was her empathy, patience and respectful attitude. I felt that my symptoms were taken seriously and that I was treated as an individual, not just another patient. In my opinion, these are exactly the qualities a great doctor should have: knowledge, accuracy, calmness, good communication, empathy and an individual approach to the patient. I can honestly recommend Dr. Phùng Ngọc Thư to anyone looking for an excellent specialist with a truly human approach.

  Foreigner-friendly hospital with excellent service. I was treated by Dr. Ngo Viet Thang, who was very helpful and took time to clearly explain my health condition and treatment options in detail. The staff were attentive and professional throughout my visit. Although the charges at FV Hospital are on the higher side, the quality of care and attention you receive make it worthwhile.

  Would not recommend. I chose FV specifically for its JCI accreditation. I regret it. In a single visit: my height was measured three times in 10 minutes with a 9 cm discrepancy (I have it on video), 8 of my pre-agreed lab tests were simply never sent to the lab, and there were three separate billing errors in one appointment. When I pointed out the missing tests, I was offered a 50% discount to redo them — meaning I was expected to pay for their mistake. One test is gone permanently because the blood draw window passed while we were sorting out their error. Formal complaints filed with hospital management and JCI.
