  Good hospital. I visited ER at 2am for a deep cut on my finger and get a tetanus shot, they were good and fast even though busy with more serious patients. Total bill 293k VND paid by card. Recommended if one needs, clean, cheap and efficient.

  A friend of our family advised us to go to this hospital for emergency care. I was immediately examined, given a vitamin dropper and offered to stay for observation for a couple of days. The wards are super modern, comfortable, you can even order food to your taste in advance. By the way, the food was like in a cafe, I didn't expect that in the hospital I would eat very tasty. There was a very clean and comfortable shower in the ward, there were buttons to call the staff everywhere in case of problems. His relative or friend can be with the patient, an extra bed is provided in the ward, which is also an advantage, because relatives may not worry that the patient will be left alone. The hospital staff was very friendly, attentive, but the nurses gave the injections very painfully and I left the hospital with bruises on all my veins. Otherwise, I don't see any drawbacks. Yes, the hospital is very expensive, it's even more expensive than private clinics for foreigners, but it's worth it and now I know where to go for really good medical care.

  As a foreigner working in healthcare in Germany, I have to admit that the hospital is quite okay, solidly organized, friendly staff, equipped with relatively good technology, unfortunately too few employees speak English, and we waited for the elevator for a good 30 minutes to bring the child to the 11th floor. The same elevator is used by patients, staff, food transport, etc. Basically, I can recommend this hospital to all foreigners living in Saigon, provided they have an escort who speaks Vietnamese.

  I have found this hospital to be super friendly and affordable. I had a serious infection with a fever of 103.7f (39.5c)and was admitted and given IV antibiotics and liquid 3 times a day for 3 days. We got a private room with a shower and extra bed for my wife. I was admitted without any wait and looked at immediately. I got a CT scan in a modern machine, and the blood test results were back in 30 minutes. The staff (I was on the 7th floor) was super responsive to every request. The catering company they used for food was perfect. I want to specifically thank Nurse Tran Thi Thuy Trang and Nurse Nguyen Hoa who were extra kind and caring. Dr. Ngan who specializes in digestion also was very kind.

  Came to Vietnam specifically to make health check-up in this clinic, because of the review rating. The hospital is clean. All asked procedures were done professionally, and surprisingly super fast. The staff is helpful, when you ask for help. And they try to explain everything before and after procedures. Even let to see a doctor who did endoscopy the next day when questions appeared. The only thing i would suggest to improve is to explain all the packages options from the beginning, so patients could decide to buy any or not. And i would advise anyone who comes to be very specific about procedures, and repeat multiple times if you need something to be done (in my case, it was about biopsy during endoscopy, and test for helicobacter) I would rate the hospital with 5 stars, if i wasn't disappointed about safety on my belongings during long time procedures. Our bags were checked in a drawer, as some items were put differently from how we did it, and some pockets were opened. And in addition, some money disappeared from the package with valuable items we gave to a security guard. And unfortunately, this issue was not resolved. Because of that i deducted 1 star, the hospital jobs were done great, and it's not fair for the rest to deduct more. I don't think patients should rule out the hospital because of that, just be extra cautious with your things (bring someone with you to take care of them, or bring nothing at all). Would i come back? Certainly, it's a great value for money health check-up, and probably the rest of services the hospital offers. Though, i would be very cautious about my belongings and try to avoid bringing anything valuable with me. ///Update: thanks to customer support who contacted me after the initial review, a solution for the security issue has been found. Thank you customer support department and especially Ngoc Mai who was in touch through the entire process! Great to know that someone still cares ❤️ and hopefully the other patients will be safe now.

  This place was recommended to me via Facebook from someone who worked there as a potential venue for a hip operation. I initially sent a few emails but never received any reply at all. When I went in person, no English was spoken. The building was modern, but dim and almost totally desserted. Maybe 10 people were there. I asked the information desk the price of an MRI (via translation app) and she didn't know, so asked the cashier, who also spoke no English. They told me three million, and half a million for the doctor. I asked how long it would take and they didn't know, so I was led to the ward, a small room with very sick looking people laying in plastic beds, close together, about fifteen. There were about ten doctors in white coats sitting at small desks all pressed close together. There was a feeling of everything being cramped, and also, although I can't quite put my finger on it, the lighting was off somehow. Anyway, only one of them spoke English and he told me a Dicom file would be available, plus a report in English and it would take less than a day. I ended up getting it all done at CarePlus in district one, a little cheaper and far, far superior to this place. My overall conclusion is, if this place was as cheap as chips then it would be worth giving it a go, if it cost about the same as better private options of much more than University Hospital, then for me it is not a contender.

  Not my the first time, but might be the last. The doctor’s consultation takes only 15–20 minutes, yet it takes almost the whole day just to go back and forth—going up and down, waiting for the elevator, .. Parking is in basement B2, there’s hardly any space, and maneuvering the bike in and out is exhausting enough to make you feel sicker. After parking, you still have to walk up to B1 or L1 because the elevator takes too long. The service isn’t terrible, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

  Best doctors and nurses, but the worst administration, incompetent and ill trained employee. Doesn’t have an acceptable explanation to why they withheld the patient’s discharge while the paperwork’s and insurance payments have already completed. Very disappointed.
