  Nice, clean and modern clinic. I just came without appointment in advance and they provided all I needed. I made women check up, and got all the results same day. Kim Thoa, was guided me in every step of the way, help to translate and cooperate with doctors. Thanks a lot. Can definitely recommend this clinic.

  I had an amazing experience at the SIG hospital today, from my very first phone call for consultation to my visit the next day. I was honored to be seen by Dr. Lập. I needed a minor procedure to remove a small skin tag in my ear canal, and Dr. Lập took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. He was calm, kind, and very respectful, which immediately put me at ease. The entire process—from consultation to the completion of the procedure—took about an hour. Everything went smoothly and efficiently. The level of customer service was outstanding. From the front desk staff to the attendants outside and even the staff in the elevator, everyone was incredibly polite and professional. I was especially touched when the security guard kindly helped me cross the street to get into my (Grab) ride. Overall, this was a truly excellent experience. I felt well cared for and would highly recommend this hospital and Dr. Lập.

  I spent 3 days here with nose surgery. It was really highly appreciated with full care from Doctor Hong Hai to Nurse and even cleaner auntie.

  I had a privileged check up and endoscopy yesterday. Everything was really smooth. I got guidance from Ms Huynh Nhu. She is really nice and kind. She supported me a lot, from booking to check-in and helping me to go to correct departments that made the whole process smooth and easy. The clinic is modern and clean. The doctors are nice and professional and staff members are also really nice and supportive. A special thanks to doctors and staff members at gastroenterology department who made my endoscopy process so smooth and not painful at all. I would like to recommend this clinic to everyone who intend to find a reliable clinic to do check up and treatment.

  A special thank to Huỳnh Như from the customer service team!! She was so kind, patient, and attentive from start to finish. She helped me with every step, from booking to check-in, and made the whole process smooth and easy. About the clinic, it is clean, modern and very well organized. The doctors are professional and clearly have strong expertise, explaining everything carefully and making me feel at ease. All the staff members are gentle and welcoming. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for great service and quality care.

  I booked before hand but still have to wait and they didn’t give any instructions beside waiting for your turn then what’s the different between extra booking fee and normal waiting process? Hence I’m wavering between 3-4 stars. The receptionists from ground floor to further up are nice and helpful though. Doctor was nice but pretty general in the treatment and after treatment. The price of medicine is higher than outside. Though I would say it’s much better than public hospital in term of service.

  I couldn't get in touch with the clinic because they don't have WhatsApp or Telegram. It's sad. Yes, modern people don't use Facebook or email for SMS. 😅😂 WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, and TikTok are used in all countries. But there's no way to make a phone call.
