This place is good for what it is: a centrally located place with private rooms for a cheap price. Could it be cleaner? Yes. But for 15usd/night I can look past superficial things. The staff is attentive, the rooms are sizable, the bed is comfortable if you like stiff beds. I normally wouldn’t leave a review since this place just meets my expectations, but I think it’s had too many people reviewing it without taking the price for the service into consideration and deserves a 5 star to offset that.

Location is minutes from Bui Vien street by foot but just far enough to not be drowned by the noise once back in the room. No elevator so if you book the penthouse on the top floor be prepared for a quick cardio boost. Room was good, clean, comfortable beds, working AC in main and bed rooms. Water was only lukewarm but tolerable for 2 nights. Strong wifi. Nice patio in top level to cook and sit around a glass table.

It is an area with nightlife and we return to the hotel late. It is unacceptable that there is no hot water after 7:00 PM. That is why I only stayed for 2 days.

We stayed for three nights, but within three seconds we knew that we’d made a catastrophic decision. The room in question had no windows, dirt up the walls, ants in every little crevice you could imagine and a shower that was basically positioned over the toilet. I guess other people enjoyed it, as the soundproofing was so incredibly poor that we could hear every little step, word and breath that came from all residents in a 3 mile radius. They were all laughing and running around until 4AM which is nice for them, but not ideal when you want to sleep. The AC was expertly positioned to blow directly into your face, making it hard to sleep, but good luck sleeping without it on as the room quickly becomes an oven in its absence. All in all, a pretty rough experience in what was otherwise an incredible city. I’m actually impressed someone managed to fit so much disappointment and bad hygiene in a room the size of a shoebox.

Wouldn't wish this to my worst enemy! The pictures are from over 15 years ago and the rooms have not been kept in good condition. Mould in the bathroom, no hot water and a shower head that is disgusting. There is construction happening on the ground floor from 6am till 11pm so you will not have a good sleep. Towels and bedding are dirty and not changed at all.

I was given a different room type than the one I reserved. They didn't say anything until I pointed it out, and then they finally refunded me a very small amount. The staff's English was terrible, so communication was mostly difficult.

This hotel was ok although a couple of minor issues. The balcony is tiny but good enough. Also the smart tv stopped working in the room after the first day but sure it was fixable. The location is pretty good, quiet and the wifi was ok. Also the room was clean. The rooftop is pretty cool too for hot water, coffee and noodles if you want. The manager was a nice guy and helpful with my luggage too.
