I enjoyed my stay a lot. Great efforts to keep the bathroom clean. The cleanest bathroom I have ever had for a hostel! Amango provides a little bag for towel. This bag is especially useful during shower time. Drinking water can be refilled. Best hostel I have ever stayed. Do note that there is only 1 shared bathroom at ground level. If you are uncomfortable with using the bathroom with the opposite sex, you may wish to reconsider.

The weather in Saigon is very hot, and there are many people in one room, yet they didn't turn on the air conditioning for the customers. They only used fans. The facilities are good, but they let customers suffer in the heat without turning on the air conditioning. There are other places that are comparable to this one, but the air conditioning is constantly adjusted by the staff to ensure the air is always cool.

Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Very cheap price, guests can stay longer if they are not very particular with the use of restroom. Amenity bag (towel, hygiene kits) is provided which is good for that price. Bed is good and convenient, the AC at first feels a bit warm but during sleep, it will be okay. Every guest has assigned locker accessible by keycard. If you are assigned on the third floor, you have to bring all the way up your heavy luggages taking stairs as there is no lift/elevator. Suggest to bring light or a backpack for convenience or leave luggage at the ground floor. There is only 1 restroom located in the first floor servicing all guests of all floors. So if you are on the highest floor and wanted to use restroom, you have to take stairs all the way down. Also, during my stay, one shower and one cubicle are both out of order. It would be best if there is restroom on each floor. At the entrance of every room, guests need to wear off shoes and place in the rack, very smelly part of the hostel. It would be best if this area gets sprayed to eliminate the odor.

The staff is friendly and warm. The hostel is nice and clean. In general, I'm not a fan of carpets in hostels, but here they seemed clean enough. The hairdryer only works for 10 seconds sadly, so better bring your own if needed. One important warning regarding their laundry service: they do not separate lights and darks, which unfortunately ruined my white clothes, turning them gray/blue. Additionally, avoid leaving your clothes in your own laundry bag, as mine was lost during the process."

This is a very nice hostel! The female dorm is quite small but with very comfortable beds, a strong air conditioning, private bathroom and everything was clean!! Downstairs they have the reception area with a common seating area where you can eat your ordered food, chill and refill your water bottle for free. The reception speaks some English (more than enough to communicate the basics) and are very friendly. The location is nice too, quite central but in a quiet alleyway. The WiFi worked well too.

This location is very good, located within 30 minute or less walk to all major sightseeing, motorbike wise everything was 15 minutes or less. Only disappointing thing was if you select the 6 bedroom option, you will be inconveniently placed on the top floor and there is no elevator. So if you have a lot of heavy luggage, backpacks you will not be getting assistance. Other than that the staff and locals are all very welcoming and if you don't want to eat street food there is plenty of good food options in the local area or takeout on Green sm app. And finally because this was my first time in vietnam, there is "ghost ants" all over in the bunk beds you will staying in, they gather where wood is and unfortunately the bunk beds are entirely made up of that and although harmless, it definitely is gross as it is quite a lot when you don't expect it.

This is sister location to Amango hostel (5 mins walk away) both in D1 near bus row, restaurants, walking street bars and malls.Dorms and bunks are same(fully enclosed cubes with privacy shutter, power points, lights, retractable tableette, spacious locker and balcony, rooms generously AC'd day and night). Amango hostel has better cooking facilities but cramped communal table, Home has large fridge and microwave only but more spacious lobby with 6 separate tables so better working environment. Both have 3n3n3 showers n toilets n wash basins so usually no waiting to shi sho sha! Hot water was plentiful and constant. WiFi generally reliable and strong in all areas inc bunks. Laundry service and Moto rental available. No elevator and some dorms are 3 flights up so check ahead if you have luggage.Someone on site 24-7 so odd hour check in/out covered.Staff are lovely and super helpful. Some ****** abuse this by being high maintenance children (****** should staycation instead, otherwise leave your inner prick at immigration) Can't recommend Amangos 3 sites in D1 highly enough. Excellent value. I stayed 3 months and will definitely use it again.

The hostel is really very nice, clean, well-kept, fresh, and modern. The area is very convenient and central. It is located in District 1 close to all the main actractions. The beds are comfortable and clean and you have a lot of privacy when you enter the capsule. The interior is very dark.Great for sleeping for people like me who love darkness and silence. My room was fresh and comfy thanks to the aircon and fans. The hostel provides a thick, clean towel, as well as combs, razors, toothbrushes, and toothpaste. Always available in the bathroom. Large, spacious showers and large bathrooms. Everything is very clean and well-kept. Special mention for the lady at reception: kind, professional, welcoming, always smiling, and sweet. Spectacular, very good. The common area is great for relaxing and meeting other travelers. You can leave your backpack there.Free of charge.Drinkable water always available in the common area.Very strong Wi-Fi in all areas. The closets in the rooms are spacious and clean. A truly excellent hostel. Everything is perfect.I'm gonna come back for sure!Thank you.
