It was my first solo international trip and this was the first place i arrived and right from the time I entered the Hostel they made me so happy with their great hospitality and warm welcome. The staff are really awesome they will help you with a lot of things including some great tour packages. Coming to the rooms they are very clean and hygienic. Very well maintained you can blindly book your stay with them with out any second thoughts. I stayed there for 3 days between 6-9 th May.

Only a brief stay (2 nights) but a really great time. Staff super friendly and helpful including messages before you arrived, and lots of fun activities that can be booked through the hostel - group cooking class, street food tour, Cu Chi tunnels etc. Solid hostel breakfast included. A little bit out of the chaos but only 20 min walk or a short Grab ride to the centre.

I had an amazing stay at Saigon Authentic Hostel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and were always happy to help with recommendations, transportation, and anything I needed. The atmosphere is friendly, social, and perfect for meeting other travelers. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the location is excellent — close to great food, local attractions, and easy to get around Ho Chi Minh City. I especially loved the authentic local vibe that made the experience feel much more personal than staying at a typical hotel. The hostel offers fantastic value for money, and you can really tell the owners care about their guests. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saigon!

I stayed for 3 nights. The room temperature was just right—not too cold or too hot—perfect for sleeping. There are many restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. At the reception, they also give you a list of points of interest and even offer tours at quite affordable prices. The breakfast and coffee were delicious; I had eggs, bread, and vegetables every morning. I highly recommend this place.

I came feeling very sick and they treated me really well, being helpful all the time. When you solo travel you really need this and it is hard to find. I really appreciate how thoughtful the staff has been all the time with me. No complaints at all! If I'm back in the city I will choose this place again:)

Local little hostel in a good location a short walk away from District 1 downtown. Rooms are good with AC and a handy little shelf in each bunk to put your things. There is a small gym downstairs and breakfast is included each morning — a bang for your buck. Minh at the front desk was really friendly and gave me some good food recs I’ll be adding to my list😋

From the moment we walked into the hostel, we were welcomed and felt well taken care of. Lewis, the host, answered our many questions and lined up our tour for the next morning with a private car for our group. The driver, Nam, did an excellent job of maneuvering through the traffic and getting us to our destinations. Our guide, Duy, was fantastic! He is so knowledgeable, passionate and patient. We loved the MEKONG DELTA tour so much that we also signed up for the CHU CHI TUNNELS the following day. Duy took excellent care of our group and truly made our experience in Saigon extra special! I highly recommend checking them out!
