I had a really great stay here 🙏 The owner is one of the kindest and most welcoming people I’ve met – always helpful, friendly, and making sure guests feel comfortable. You can really feel that he cares about his place and the people staying there ❤️ The rooms were very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. Everything was just as it should be 👍 And the Indian food… absolutely delicious! 🍛🔥 Full of flavor, freshly prepared, and honestly some of the best I’ve had in a long time. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended

Staying at this hostel has been very comfortable. The staff are friendly and provide great service. During my stay, I felt that the price was reasonable and everything, including the staff, met my expectations.

Not fit for human habitation. The mattress was clearly unwashed, which caused a skin allergy after lying on it. There was no hairdryer. The room floors were full of dirt and fine sand. The air quality was terrible with a strange smell. The TV was completely covered in sand—this is the most appalling TV I have ever encountered in my life.

We booked 4 nights but left after the first one. During our stay, we found a large cockroach in the room, and later we also found bed bugs and blood stains on the bed. The listing was also misleading to us, because it mentioned a “bar at the entrance,” but in reality there was a massage center. We did not feel comfortable with the hygiene or the privacy of the place, so we decided to leave. Based on our experience, we would not stay here again.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Bed bugs! Bricked-up windows! Rats????? Smoking on the top floor of a building with no fire exits! Dusty, dingy and disgusting. Do not stay here! As soon as we arrived we realised it was nothing like the photos. It was late, just past midnight. The guy was helpful and even carried my bag, but I should have known something was wrong when he said we would be moving to a different room in the morning. Went to take a shower and the hot water heater was not connected to the shower. This was the least of my worries because it was so humid outside of the sleeping area the cold water was fine. It also stank of stale smoke and people were clearly smoking in the common area of our 5th floor room. This was made even more alarming by the bricked up windows on every floor. Got into bed and realised the blanket was dusty. The walls of the pod were dirty and it looked like something had leaked from the top bunk. My friend's bedding was stained and looked unclean. She found a scab on the underside of her pillow. Exhausted from a long day of travel, decided I could live with these things. Then heard a suspicious squeaking sound that was very rodent-like. It only gets better because I realised I was not alone in my bed and I was joined by bed bugs. We are now panicking that all of our belongings, that we had to keep on the beds because the locker area was so untidy, are contaminated. Was the dust actually bug poo… probably. Was the drip down the wall human excrement…. Likely. We had best not question the source of the white stuff on the blanket too closely. Decided that was enough and an hour after checking in we decided to leave. It was 1.30 am and it took us hours to find somewhere to stay for the night. I wish I had taken more photos but I was in a rush to escape. When I showed the receptionist he did give a full refund, but honestly I would have paid to get out.

I had a truly terrible experience staying at this hostel last night. From the moment I arrived, basic necessities were missing. I was never given towels or toilet paper, even after asking for them. There wasn’t even a proper blanket provided. Instead, we were handed a single duvet cover for a twin bed to share between two people and were told it was a “summer blanket.” That’s completely unacceptable. On top of that, there was a horrible sewage smell throughout the place that made it very uncomfortable to stay. While they do have air conditioning, it hardly makes up for the barely running water and the lack of basic hygiene supplies. Overall, this was a very disappointing and uncomfortable stay. I would not recommend this hostel to anyone expecting even the most basic level of comfort or service.

Pros: The staff were helpful and assisted guests in carrying their luggage upstairs, which was appreciated since the room was located on the 7th floor. Cons: 1. The room had not been cleaned when I arrived, even though I checked in early and left my luggage there more than an hour after the official check-in time. The staff had plenty of time to prepare the room, but it was still not ready. There were old blood stains on the bedsheet, stains on the headboard, and insects inside the curtains. 2. There was virtually no privacy. Staff members would casually walk around and stay in the same room area (although in different compartments) as guests. At times, they would even pull back the curtains to check inside without permission while guests were still there. 3. The shower in my bathroom was broken. The staff told me I could use the bathroom in the neighboring room instead, but the water heater there was not working either. As a result, I had to take a cold shower. 4. Cleanliness needs significant improvement. In particular, blankets, bedsheets, pillows, and mattresses should be cleaned thoroughly and replaced in a timely manner. The floors should be vacuumed, swept, and mopped regularly. Most importantly, staff accommodation and guest accommodation should be kept separate. Mixing them together is unacceptable and compromises guests' privacy.
