Such a charming room! The vibe is romantic and vintage, and everything was clean and well maintained. Host was super friendly. Maybe add a small mirror near the bed area, but overall an excellent stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The location is great and the service was genuinely good — everyone was very helpful. There was a small misunderstanding during the booking process since I booked for three people but the room was meant for two. They kindly arranged an extra mattress for us, which we appreciated. The room itself is a bit small but cozy. Since the homestay only opened a few months ago, I believe they’ll continue to improve over time. I also found it charming that the place is tucked away in a small alley — it adds a bit of character to the stay. The minor downside is that we got bad smell from bathroom.

Great stay overall. The room has a stylish, warm vibe with lovely decorations. Very peaceful at night despite being close to everything. The lighting is beautiful and makes the space feel luxurious. The only downside was that the curtains don’t block 100% of the morning light, but not a major issue.

Very cozy and stylish space. I enjoyed the reading corner with the lamp — so relaxing. The host provided clear check-in instructions, which made everything smooth. The room is slightly dim at night, but I personally liked the warm ambience.

I stayed here twice recently. The host was extremely helpful in assisting me with a few things that were very helpful during my visit.

Highly recommended! The homestay is exactly what I needed: central, cozy, clean, and aesthetically pleasing. The vintage wallpaper and decor add a lot of charm. The only thing missing was maybe more hooks for towels. Will return!

The host was great but the flat is really dirty and premises not sufficient. Liked · To begin with Tina was an amazing host. She always responded on time and allowed for an earliest check in. The location of the property is great and I will try to be as honest about my experience. The decor is really unique and corky which I loved. Disliked · The biggest issue I faced was that my room was on the second floor and I had to carry by 40 kg suitcase by myself in a very narrow staircase. It the add it was not specified that there is no elevator. Upon entering the room I noticed how dirty it was. With spider webs hanging from the wall long hair or the floor and the bedding overused with wholes from cigarettes. This immediately put me off. Also the air-condition was not working property and Tina had to bring a technician. The air-conditions are really old so do not expect much. In my last day since I could not carry the suitcase by myself down we agreed that I will switch the room at ground floor and someone will come to help me. Instead of coming at 12.30 pm the person came at 11 am and woke me up. I still had to wait for the other room to be cleaned and as I was waiting and trying to sleep the cleaner was having a heated conversation in the stairs which echoed un my room and was super disturbing. This lasted for about 20 minutes before I said something to Tina. Anyways, I moved to the room in ground from and again spider webs everywhere and the room was stinking from previous tenants who cooked inside (garlic and soya). The bed was really hard, felt like resting on rocks and in the ceiling you could hear rats walking around. You could not see them but you could clearly hear them. So two out of 4 nights were really disturbing for me and I would not stay again in this place.

An apartment without a window, no light or ventilation. A small shower in a bathroom with an unpleasant smell and cobwebs upstairs that they didn't bother to clean. All kinds of junk from the street as furniture.. You can always call it vintage. For this price you can get a clean and simple room in a hotel and it's better. The fake review industry in Vietnam is working overtime otherwise I have no explanation for the enthusiastic reviews here. Be careful
