Stayed here in December to escape the English winter, had a great experience. The location is amazing, right in the mix, with lots of great food and fun things to do nearby. Quan in the lobby was incredibly helpful with our luggage and throughout our stay. With so much great food nearby we wondered if we would eat at the hotel breakfast, but found the selection was both vast and tasty! The pool area was lovely and after we were offered a complimentary foot massage, decided to immediately book a full body massage with Hien and Nhi which I couldn’t recommend more.

The hotel grew on me a lot and I stayed here for 10 nights eventually. The location is fantastic, the service staff is also very sweet and prompt. The front desk team took some time to open up but were really helpful overall, specially Chloe. Please use google translate whenever in doubt so nothing is lost in translation. The rooms and the value for money is quite great. I took the rooms with windows as i get really claustrophobic. The restaurant is actually a chill spot to work form. The terrace is also a nice touch and they were screening all the World Cup games. I wanted to stay at a few places in Saigon but this just checked all my boxes.

Alagon is located in District 1, central to many of the key tourist sites. The hotel and staff are both top notch. Room was a bit small - with two twin beds but well appointed. Hotel has everything you’d need for a very comfortable stay. Large furnished lobby, rooftop pool, gym, spa and bar which I all used. The staff in all areas of the facility stood out for service -especially front desk and Aroma spa staff. I enjoyed a couple of massages with Quyen at the spa - Peony Deluxe and a foot spa on the day I left. Terrific, professional technique that was therapeutic and relaxing at the same time. Would highly recommend this hotel. Very good value.

My family stayed at this hotel for 10 nights and found the hotel great. Check-in was simple. Our rooms were exactly what we wanted, French antique style. Clean and spacious. Our rooms were cleaned and restocked daily. We had complimentary breakfast daily with a great selection of local and continental cuisines and staff were more than happy to assist us with anything else we required. To be honest, the best part of our stay at the hotel were the staff, outstanding in character, professionalism, friendly and caring. There were a few staff members who stood out the most for our family because they went over and beyond to make us feel welcome and happy with everything. Lam Nguyen, Hao and Nicolas we cant speak highly enough because they made our 10 night stay that extra special! Location of the hotel is great too, district 1. Walking distance to the markets and Saigon Centre. Next trip to Ho Chi Minh we are definitely rebooking at Alagon Hotel and Spa!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Alagon Hotel! We had a wonderful stay at Alagon Hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. The location is one of its biggest advantages it’s right in the heart of District 1, within walking distance of Ben Thanh Market, restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and many of the city’s top attractions. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. The room service and hotel staff were exceptional. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. Service was prompt, professional, and made me feel welcome from check-in until check-out. Overall, Alagon Hotel offers outstanding value for money with its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and top-notch service. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next trip to Ho Chi Minh City.

Hello On 29 & 30 June 26 I stayed in room number 219. On 1 jul 26while checking out…… The manager at the front desk accused me of taking the laundry bag from my room. I categorically denied the allegation, but he insisted on taking me back to the room to search for it. The bag was not found, yet he continued to maintain that it should have been there. I told him that I am willing to pay whatever it cost, Eventually, he did not charge me and allowed me to leave. As a guest, I found this treatment entirely unpleasant. Considering the minimal value of a standard hotel laundry bag, we were surprised and disappointed. I felt it was important to let everyone know about this incident.

An extra big + is the staff! We left Vung Tau and a not so great hotel, had no place booked, so we went back to Alagon, they helpt us out and we got a great room!

I had a lovely stay at Alagon Saigon Hotel & Spa in District 1. The location is absolutely perfect close to Ben Thanh Market, cafes, restaurants, and everything you need, yet still tucked away enough to feel comfortable and safe. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. Check-in was smooth, and I appreciated how attentive and professional everyone was throughout my stay. Traveling solo, I felt very comfortable here. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything I needed. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was great (very important after long walking days!), and housekeeping kept everything spotless. One of my favorite parts was the rooftop area such a nice place to unwind. The pool and spa facilities were a bonus, especially after exploring the city. It felt like a little oasis in the middle of busy Ho Chi Minh City.Breakfast had a good variety, and I enjoyed having both local and Western options.Overall, I would definitely stay here again. It’s great value for money, excellent location, and perfect for solo travelers or couples visiting Saigon.
