  What a pleasant experience. Best value hotel weve stayed at in Ho chi Minh City. You get a Great nights sleep on a super comfy bed. Breakfast is amazing. Catered for both European and Asian cuisine. Close to Japan Town and walking distance to main attractions. The Superior Queen room was very clean and the hotel smelt nice. Highly recommended for anyone to visit to this great city. A very special mention to Kash who is one of the managers who made sure we were well looked after for our 6 nights stay. Can't fault anything. The whole experience was amazing. Thankyou Bay Hotel for making our trip memorable.

  Would highly recommend! We had to book last minute due to flight cancellations and Aiden was amazing! The service was fantastic and the location is great, central to everything and lots of great food options. We are able to use luggage storage and the pool before our late flight. Thank you so much for looking after us!

  I had a really pleasant stay at Bay Hotel. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, with carpeted floors, strong air-conditioning, and a nice view. The bed was cozy with plenty of pillows, and the space was spacious enough to relax or even get some work done. The Wi-Fi was strong and reliable, which was a big plus for me. The breakfast buffet had a good variety. I enjoyed the congee and pho, along with staples like croissants, eggs, bacon, salads, coffee, and juice. They also had stir-fried dishes, grilled and fried meats, and as a Filipino, I appreciated that they served rice and stir-fried noodles, which made the meal more satisfying. The location is very convenient—not too far from the main attractions and easy to explore on foot. It made getting around the city simple and hassle-free. I also liked the rooftop bar and pool area. Even though I didn’t get to swim, the space itself is a great place to unwind and enjoy the view of the city. Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel with good amenities—definitely a solid choice when staying in Ho Chi Minh City.

  I had a wonderful stay at the Bay Hotel in Saigon and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable, with great amenities and a welcoming atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a busy day exploring. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service. A special shoutout to Kash and Kris at the front desk—they made the check-in process smooth, quick, and genuinely pleasant. Their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help with any questions set the tone for a great stay right from the start. Overall, the combination of a well-maintained property and outstanding staff made this a memorable experience. I would definitely stay here again!

  An Awesome Hotel to stay at while in Ho Chi Minh! Very modern, clean and in a great location. Highly recommend! My room was excellent, with a view of the river. I ate at the restaurant several times and the food was delicious! Very close to all the Japanese restaurants as well, and walking distance to Pizza 4ps, with Katinat next door and Starbucks around the corner. Special mention to Kris on front desk, who gave great service and was super helpful. I travelled on my own to get some dental work done and loved staying here. Thank you Bay Hotel for a memorable stay.

  Hi guys service was good - they let me checkin a bit early around 1ish pm which was awesome my room was 302 - however not happy about the room - my room was no windows so they gave me or upgraded to room with window, I was happy. Being a solo travel not much fussed about it - but when I sit on the bedding in matter of 30 minutes I got dermatitis - I am on tablets now and using a cream which I shared in case if you are in the same boat - I asked for bed change but I guess they changed only sheets - it is what it is - again o can take it but if I came with family I would check out the same day and go to known reputable brands - service staff was good not their problem but overall bedding should be fixed

  The hotel is quite new and the location is very convenient. Its quiet and away from the very noisy walking street. Eateries and convenient shops are within 2 mins of walking. The rooms are clean and the breakfast spread is really good. All the staff at the hotel are friendly and speak fluent English . AIDEN has been especially helpful and has been very responsive to all my request. 5 star service rating and will definitely come back again the next time I am in HCM

  We had a fantastic experience staying at the Bay Hotel Ho Chi Minh. The staff truly stood out; they were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is perfect, making it very easy to explore the city's main attractions.Our room was excellent—clean, comfortable, and impressively soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep away from the city noise. The room offered an incredible view of both the river and the city sides, which was absolutely perfect for sightseeing right from our window. Additionally, the food was delicious with great variety. Everything about our stay was spot on.
