  Hilton Saigon has one of the best locations in Ho Chi Minh City, surrounded by iconic attractions and overlooking the beautiful Saigon River. During our visit, we met the hotel’s Marketing Director, who introduced us to Level 9, where Happy Hour includes drinks paired with free pastries. We ordered a selection of locally inspired teas and chocolates, and Khang - nice staff at the Bar - was incredibly warm and attentive. He recommended the banana cake and coffee cake, both of which were absolutely delicious and made the experience even more enjoyable. Great views, thoughtful hospitality, and wonderful treats, we’ll definitely be back!

  Enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Saigon. From check-in to check-out, every touchpoint felt thoughtfully done. The staff were warm, attentive, and very comfortable communicating in English. They are always happy to help and clearly went above and beyond. The rooms were very clean and well kept throughout our stay. A small but memorable touch: brownies waiting for us at check-in! Would happily stay again.

  We have stayed at many Hilton's all over the world. The Hilton Saigon is one of the very best. Recently we had a 7-Day stay at this hotel while visiting Ho Chi Minh City. We found the hotel to be very modern and upscale. Our room was immaculately clean and beautifully designed. The breakfast buffet was exceptional with multiple options in western style and Asian style. The executive lounge was attractive and always presented a wide range of food and beverage choices that were spectacular and fresh. It is the service from every employee at this hotel that really sets it apart from others. Everyone was extraordinarily polite, extraordinarily professional, and positive. I also want to mention the incredible food hygiene at the Hilton Saigon. Unfortunately Ho chi Minh City is a place where a Westerner can get sick by eating food in local establishments. Because of this I did all of my eating at the Hilton Saigon. Their food hygiene is outstanding. I was able to eat fresh salads desserts fresh fruit and fresh coconuts without any problems with my stomach or digestion. This is a big positive aspect of staying at the Hilton Saigon. They're hygiene is very good, and I was very grateful for this. A special thank you to Duc, Hung, Quang, Phung, Sophia, Hung, Ling, and Nha. These outstanding individuals were highly professional, kind and caring, and we appreciate all of their help.

  Absolutely outstanding stay at Hilton Saigon. The hotel is modern, elegant, and ideally located in the heart of Saigon, with super comfortable rooms and a magnificent view over the city and the river. What truly makes the experience unique is the service: the entire staff is consistently smiling, attentive, and always ready to help at any time of the day or night. You can genuinely feel a strong culture of hospitality, which turns a simple stay into a memorable experience. A special mention to Phuong, the therapist at Eforea Spa, who gave me the best massages I have ever had in my life, with a deep level of relaxation I have rarely experienced. I would also like to thank Sophie at the Executive Lounge on the 34th floor: her warm welcome, professionalism, and attention to detail made every visit to the Lounge absolutely exceptional. The Lounge itself is already a beautiful space, but with her level of service, every moment becomes a real pleasure. In short, this is a five‑star hotel that truly deserves each one of its stars, both for its facilities and its human touch. I will definitely be back and I recommend Hilton Saigon without hesitation.

  We are very pleased and impressed with the Services of the concierge, checkin counter and restaurant staffs. They are very helpful and extremely friendly to assist us and make our 5 nights stay here at Hilton Saigon with memorable and enjoyable warmth feeling. I like to say a big thank you to Mr Son and Mr Long for their extremely good service here in the restaurant.. Also a special thank you to Ms Trinh for delivering a welcome birthday cake for my mother-in-law. I am very grateful to Hilton service team and thank you so much Vincent Tan /Chris (Rm1819)

  Situated right on the edge of the Saigon River, the hotel is within easy walking distance of major landmarks like the Saigon Opera House, Notre Dame Cathedral, and the Central Post Office etc.Spacious Rooms & Comfort: The rooms are polished, generously sized, and impressively soundproofed against street noise. Guests highly praise the premium beds, marble bathrooms (featuring a "magic glass" privacy panel), and spectacular river views.Outstanding Breakfast: The buffet breakfast at The Strand is a standout.   Our recent stay at the Hilton Saigon proved it to be one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at anywhere in the world—and we've stayed at a lot of hotels.||The breakfast staff provided a wonderful start to every day. The efficiency, warmth, and attentive service delivered during the morning hours did not go unnoticed and were deeply appreciated.||The quality and variety of breakfast was truly world class. This breakfast has got to be one of the best we have ever experienced, with credit and thanks going to all the Chefs and their team.||Equally deserving of praise is the outstanding housekeeping team. Their flawless attention to detail and commitment to maintaining an immaculate, welcoming environment, especially aligned with our specific requests, made the stay incredibly comfortable. ||Both teams are a true reflection of high-class service and stand as an absolute credit to the hotel's standards. ||Thank you all for your hard work and for going above and beyond to ensure a memorable visit.||We would like to make special mention of Son, Long, Nhu, Hung and Trinn during breakfast - apologies if we have forgotten anyones name, you were all great! ||Many thanks to you Mr Kien, for all your kind assistance in organizing our trips, our 2 outings were wonderful.   I am a HH Diamond member and this is my second time back to Hilton Saigon with my friend. ||Before I go further on my review, I would like to thank the property GM Mr. Andrew for his warm greeting via email. He is a true gentleman and knows what it take to deliver a luxury hospitality experience at Hilton Saigon.||Second time back here and this property is still as good as I remembered. Check-in process was quick and smooth. One of my room got upgraded to King Executive Rooms and the view is amazing. The amenities and furnitures are very luxurious and modern. ||We hang out mostly in the executive lounge as it was raining on some days of our trip. The view at the lounge is amazing. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Food is great and I find the pastries to be of good quality.||Next the breakfast spread - huge variety for everyone ranging from pastries to hot food. There is also a noodle station. The black coffee is nice and I ordered few cups everyday. I tried the donut and egg tarts - also very tasty.||Lastly the gym is a little small but the equipment are well maintained and clean. Air-conditioning is good also and you dont feel stuffy even though it is small.||Definitely one the best Hilton I stayed in Asia and I would say it is as good as a Conrad or Waldof Astoria.||I will be back again for sure :)
