  I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent service I received during my extended stay at your hotel. It has truly been a comfortable and pleasant experience. In particular, I would like to commend Ms Duyen and Ms Thu for their outstanding service during breakfast hours. Their kindness, attentiveness, and professionalism made each morning especially enjoyable, and I deeply appreciate their efforts. It was truly a pleasure to enjoy breakfast every morning during my stay.

  I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. Ms. An Thu Mai Ngan and Ms. Mai made my evening truly special. Ms. Mai welcomed me warmly and took the time to explain everything on the menu. Ms. An Thu Mai Ngan recommended several dishes and brought me a delicious honey tea. Every recommendation was absolutely amazing. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made me fall in love with this place. Thank you both for making my visit so memorable. I can’t wait to come back! ❤️

  My stay here was one of my top hotel experiences, and as someone well traveled I think that says a lot. This was a welcome reprieve after a busy 2 week trip to Vietnam, we booked for 2 nights which allowed us to really enjoy the great amenities offered. The pool area is stunning, not busy at all, and waa a great place to spend a full day relaxing. We also had both breakfast and dinner buffet at Manja Manja, both of which were absolutely incredible meals and worth the higher price point! Every employee we encountered was so kind and helpful, the room was clean, the beds so comfortable. They had everything you could need for an amazing stay. If you’re on the fence, I highly recommend booking your stay here!!

  We had one bedroom with pool view. I add another bed for my daughter theN they set up another bed for her suddenly it became 2 bedroom. Hotel is so so clean. Everyone is nice. I did not regret availing Dinner/buffet seafood was awesome especially the staffs Duyen, Thu, Joyce, Chris. There's a miscommunication at first because it happen that when you avail their dinner in agoda you will have set meals not buffet but they upgrade ours to buffet so kind of them. Breakfast buffet have limited choices but overall decent. I will still stay here when coming back to Ho chi minh

  This is a realy beautiful hotel. It is nice and clean. The staff are amazing. The art work in the rooms and hallways are beautiful. The staff at the breakfast cafe were so nice. The staff DAT, DUYEN, MAI, TESNI, QUYEN. All did an amazing job so nice and professional. 5 stars and a ❤️ 😊 DAT took my daughter to the play area were she made art. A nice break from each other while I ate breakfast. The coffee was so good. I can't wait till lunch and dinner to return. I will rebook at this hotel. I would recommend to friends and family. And I am happy to be here ☺️ thank you for the great welcome to your beautiful country great hospitality. Adding more to my first review. The kid menu is great. My kid had the spaghetti & the chesse burger ice cream and a drink it was really good. The staff were so kind. Kids stay and eat free when you are a guest at hotel and buy an adult meal. I had the club sandwich which was really good. Again this is a great place to stay. I have decided to become an award member. And I am looking forward to yoga & the barbecue this weekend. O and the ribs. YES!! 😊 ❤️

  We stayed here for one night on our journey home after exploring several cities throughout Vietnam. The hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to and from the international terminal, which made our transit very convenient. Our room was modern, clean, and well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We also had time to enjoy a meal at the hotel and relax in the large outdoor swimming pool, which was a great way to unwind before our flight. A special mention goes to Steven N. from the lobby bar. His service was welcoming, professional, and genuinely outstanding. He was incredibly helpful and made us feel valued as guests. The only downside was that the hotel adds service charges and taxes on top of listed prices for food and beverages. This seemed unusual compared to our experiences at other hotels throughout Vietnam and made the final bill higher than expected. Overall, this is a comfortable and convenient airport hotel with excellent facilities and exceptional staff.

  As a frequent business traveler through Ho Chi Minh City, I've stayed at numerous airport hotels, but Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport has truly set a new standard for me. What makes this hotel exceptional isn't just the impressive infrastructure—though the Olympic-size pool and modern amenities certainly don't disappoint—it's the seamless blend of comfort and genuine Vietnamese hospitality.|During my three-night stay, I found myself spending every evening at the Lobby Lounge, which has become my favorite unwinding spot in Saigon. The poolside setting creates a serene atmosphere that feels worlds away from the bustling city, yet you're still just minutes from the airport. The real stars here, however, are Phu Nguyen and Steven Nguyen, whose service transformed ordinary evenings into memorable experiences. Their attention to detail, warm recommendations on local drinks, and ability to anticipate guests' needs before being asked exemplifies what true hospitality looks like. Phu remembered my preference for Vietnamese coffee after just one visit, while Steven's knowledge of the cocktail menu helped me discover some delightful local twists on classic drinks.|The rooms deserve special mention too—impeccably clean with thoughtful touches like excellent lighting for working late and blackout curtains that actually work. The shuttle timing is spot-on for early morning flights, and unlike other airport hotels, the sound insulation means you'll actually get quality sleep despite the proximity to the runways.|If you're transiting through Saigon or need a reliable base near the airport, this hotel delivers on every front. Just make sure to spend an evening at the Lobby Lounge—ask for Phu or Steven, and you'll understand why I'm already planning my next stay here.

  We arranged car service through the Holiday Inn & Suites Saigon Airport instead of using their shuttle service. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly with big smiles. Check-in was quick and efficient thanks to the pleasant young lady at the front desk. When we arrived at our room, we were pleasantly surprised by the size and beautiful décor. The bed was extremely comfortable and made for a great night’s sleep. The morning buffet was outstanding. The presentation and variety were more like what you would expect at a high-end hotel. Everything was fresh and well presented. They also have a very large outdoor pool, which is a great place to relax. Overall, the staff were exceptional and truly a great asset to the hotel. You will not be disappointed staying at this location. Plus, it’s only about a 10-minute drive (or less) to the airport, which makes it very convenient.
