  Had an amazing evening at Nikura restaurant on May 28th. Thank you to the entire Nikura team for their warm hospitality and excellent support throughout the event. Special thanks to Ms. Pinky for her outstanding coordination and to Chef Ivan for the fantastic Japanese-Peruvian menu. Our guests absolutely loved it. Also, thank you to Mr. Duong - LP department for assisting us with the load-in and load-out of our setup. Great food, great service, and a very professional team. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Nikura for private dinners and events 🤗

  I had an exceptional experience during my stay at the JW Marriott. The staff greeted me warmly and attentively as I stepped out of my cab and headed to my room. My room offered breathtaking views of the city from a high floor, which added to the overall luxury of the stay. I thoroughly enjoyed breakfast at the hotel’s restaurant, where there was a wide variety of options, including Vietnamese coffee, freshly grated coconut, and a diverse selection ranging from continental to local dishes. Although I believe they could expand their menu further to match other five-star locations, their offerings still met my expectations and upheld the high standards of a five-star establishment. The staff consistently provided friendly and professional service, making me feel genuinely welcomed. I definitely look forward to returning for additional nights.

  This hotel was recently rebranded as a JW Marriott from its former InterContinental (IHG) identity. Having stayed at the Sheraton, Renaissance, and Le Méridien before, I can confidently say this has been the best experience among them. The building itself is somewhat dated, but the service level truly matches that of a top-tier luxury hotel. The location is very convenient, right in District 1, with many restaurants and shops reachable within a 10-minute walk. I used Marriott Bonvoy points for this stay and found it to be an excellent value—about 26,560 points per night for a five-night stay. That comes out to roughly 1 cent per point, which is higher than the typical 0.7 cent valuation. The executive lounge is spacious and not overly crowded, offering a wide selection of snacks, fruits, and drinks. I was pleasantly surprised to see unique local options like jackfruit, coconut water, and papaya. Breakfast is another standout feature. There’s a wide variety of options, including local favorites such as bánh mì and phở. They also have around five live cooking stations where meals are freshly prepared and customized, which is something I haven’t seen at many other hotels. Overall, this is a strong choice for both value and experience. I would definitely stay here again on a future visit.

  We were warmly welcome at the front desk. Our bed was unexpectedly comfortable and bathroom was on par. Towels were soft and amenities were top notch. Staff was friendly and helpful. By far, best hotel we stayed at in Saigon. We were welcome with a friendly gifts in the room. Water was refill on daily basis with 4 bottles. They offer us a late check-out and we gladly accepted.

  Style. Modern Vietnamese Setting. Dynamic District 1. I had some errands to run so stayed here for the prime location, a quick walk to major landmarks, shops, art galleries, restaurants and bars. Rooms. 565 rooms. 2 nights here. Amenities by aromatherapy associates. My room (1213) was a bit dull looking but had a fantastic view of the Notre Dame Cathedral and the surrounding pastel hued heritage buildings. From the room you can comfortably see and hear the sights and sounds of this bustling city @ the hotel. Hotel rebranded from Intercontinental. Great service by all the staff even at odd hours, flowers everywhere and on every floor. HCM is always busy so having a pool and spa to return to is a blessing, looks like the hotel is still evolving and being nicely upgraded. Food & drinks. Food choices here looked good but I didn’t eat here. Hotel ‘s website also has useful recommendations for nearby restaurants to encourage exploration of the local food scene Prices. $286 Rating. 4/5 One of my fav options in HCM. Rating this a 4 as I got bitten here my first night (twin bed closer to the bathroom) I switched beds the 2nd night and was fine after that

  I was very impressed with this fg fresh and lovely bath tub. The executive lounge alone deserves 5 stars. Plenty of different dishes, drinks throughout the day. Pool, Sauna and gym are very modern and nice too. It wasn't crowded during my stay. I would definitely come back whenever I am in this town.

  The stay at the hotel was totally luxurious. Staff was kind, friendly and definitely attentive to detail. They were accommodating towards late check out. I did email the hotel a month in advance for a special request and after several confirmations they were not able to action this on time. Aside from that - great hotel and facilities.
