  Our stay at La Siesta Premium Saigon was absolutely amazing. The service was truly over the moon from the moment we arrived until check-out. Every staff member greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel so welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. The team was always kind, helpful, and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their genuine hospitality really made the experience extra special. We would definitely choose to stay here again if we return to Saigon. Highly recommended for anyone looking for exceptional service and a warm atmosphere!

  Excellent location The hotel is location in the heart of this district you can walk to independence palace (14min) museum, cathedral and post office. Food List of restaurants/bar and food option around to choose from along with local hidden gems. They also provide outstanding breakfast in the rooftop area with nice view and lots of option to choose from including the Vietnamese pho. Room Rooms are small but very clean and well maintained. Fitness & spa They have a fitness room in the basement that is modest but enough to keep in shape. Spa I didn’t try but the prices seemed decent for a 5 star hotel. Staff Staff was incredible nice and accommodating. They offer you a welcome drink and fruit at arrival and they include free water in you room. Overall I highly recommend for a great luxury value hotel in the center of the action for a short stay.

  We would definitely stay here again! The location was perfect, walking distance to the markets and malls. The hotel itself was gorgeous, clean and bedding were comfortable. The staff were so friendly and attentive. We were checked in by Dung Le (Chloe) and she basically looked after us the entire stay. Checked in with us via Whatsapp to see if we needed anything and even had recommendations on what to do/see. She really went above and beyond for us! Wish we had stayed here longer

  I had a truly memorable stay at La Siesta Premium Saigon from 4–8 June 2026, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. My experience started seamlessly with the round-trip airport transfer. I was warmly welcomed at the airport and, upon arriving at the hotel, was treated to refreshing drinks and snacks before being personally escorted to my room by Liem Nguyen. His hospitality immediately stood out. Not only did he ensure I was settled in comfortably, but he also shared excellent local recommendations. When I mentioned I was craving Miến Xào Cua, he suggested Quan Thuy 94 - and it was absolutely spot on. The hotel's location is ideal. Situated in District 1 yet slightly removed from the busiest tourist areas, it offers the perfect balance between convenience and tranquillity. The neighbourhood felt more relaxed and authentic, while still being within easy reach of everything I wanted to explore. I enjoyed walking to my tailor and even to Vincom Centre which had great shopping options, such a New Playground, a wide mix of local brands. The accommodation itself was outstanding. I highly recommend the Grand Suite on the 9th floor, which features a private balcony with lovely city views. The room was spacious, thoughtfully designed, and exceptionally comfortable. The king bed was so comfy and after days of exploring, I did sleep very well throughout my stay. The pillows were comfortable too, although an expanded pillow menu would be a good addition for guests with different sleeping preferences. Premium touches such as the Dyson hairdryer and a smart TV with YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other major channels made the stay even more enjoyable. A special mention goes to Chloé Dung Le, who surprised me with a beautifully prepared fruit platter and a voucher for a complimentary drink at Twilight Sky Bar. The rooftop venue offered fantastic views, attentive service, and a vibrant atmosphere, complete with guest DJs performing that evening. Both Chloé and Liem spoke excellent English, which made communication effortless. More importantly, they embodied everything that makes Vietnamese hospitality so special - warm, sincere, professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their thoughtfulness elevated the entire experience. That said, the exceptional service extended far beyond just these two individuals. Every member of the team I encountered was gracious and welcoming. One particularly touching moment came on my departure day, when several staff members accompanied me to the car, lined up outside, and waved goodbye as I left. I was also given a handmade Vietnamese good-luck charm as a farewell gift. It now hangs in my home as a lovely reminder of my stay and the kindness I experienced. The housekeeping was great, and so was everyone from the chefs, front desk, engineer, and more. I appreciate each and all of you. I also dined at Cloud Nine Restaurant for both breakfast and dinner. The food was consistently excellent, and the service was equally impressive. The hotel offers attractive discounts for guests across various facilities, including the spa, although I unfortunately didn't have time to experience it during this visit. La Siesta Premium Saigon delivers not only a beautiful hotel and excellent facilities, but also the kind of heartfelt hospitality that leaves a lasting impression. I would not hesitate to stay here again and look forward to returning in the future. 🫶🏽

  This was our second stay at La Siesta Premium Saigon, and once again it was a very memorable one. What makes this hotel special is the warm service and the feeling of being at home.We were especially happy to see Liem again, and even happier to know he is now a captain. He is one of our favorites—friendly, helpful, and always informative.The location is excellent, right in the heart of the city, with many places within walking distance. Breakfast was also very good, and the team’s hospitality made the experience even better.Whenever we come to Ho Chi Minh City, this hotel is always one of our top choices. Definitely worth staying at.

  Goodness, where to start! We already had high expectations when we booked La Siesta Premium, given the reviews, but our experience exceeded even those. The hotel is absolutely perfect, with beautiful, immaculate rooms, and a stunning rooftop bar and pool. It is in an ideal location, within walking distance of many of the city’s attractions, restaurants, and markets, but the best thing about the hotel was the staff, who, without exception, could not have been kinder or more helpful, always polite and smiling and ready to help. The icing on the cake was lovely Liem, who was always available to answer our queries, making helpful recommendations and catering to our every need. And when we mentioned that we were moving on to La Siesta in Hoi An, Liem went to a lot of trouble to make sure that we got the most incredible welcome on our arrival, with the same warm and thoughtful hospitality that we had come to expect from the La Siesta group. We were so pleased that we had booked all our accommodation in Ho Chi Minh, Hoi An, and Hanoi, with the La Siesta group. Thank you to all the staff, especially Liem, for making our stay in Ho Chi Minh so special and memorable, we have rarely experienced such an impressive level of hospitality in all our years of travel - we will be recommending the La Siesta group to everyone we know!

  Our stay at La Siesta Hotel Saigon was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with a level of hospitality that genuinely exceeded anything we have experienced in our extensive travels around the world.|The location is perfect, with fantastic shopping, restaurants, cafés, and many of Saigon's attractions all within easy walking distance. It made exploring the city effortless and enjoyable.|The hotel itself is outstanding. The swimming pool was a wonderful place to relax after a day of sightseeing, and the breakfasts were among the best we have ever enjoyed at any hotel. The variety, quality, and presentation were simply superb.|A very special thank you goes to Trinh Nguyen and Liem. No request was ever too much trouble, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless. Their local recommendations were excellent, their attention to detail was remarkable, and their genuine care for guests made us feel truly valued throughout our visit.|It is rare to find service of this calibre. We have stayed in hotels across many countries, but La Siesta Hotel Saigon delivered the finest service and overall hotel experience of our lives. If there were such a thing as a 6-star rating out of 5, this hotel would deserve it without hesitation.|We absolutely loved our time here and will most certainly be returning on our next visit to Vietnam.|Thank you, La Siesta, for creating such wonderful memories.|We love Vietnam, and we love La Siesta!

  We had a fantastic stay at La Siesta. The staff were incredibly attentive, especially Thi, who provided great local food suggestions and made us feel very welcome. Check-in was smooth and effortless, and a thoughtful touch was being allowed to shower before our flight even after checking out, which we really appreciated.||The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the service overall far exceeded what I’ve experienced at some much larger, well-known hotels. The buffet breakfast was also excellent, and the location is ideal - close to everything you need.||I travel to Vietnam at least once a year, and I will definitely be rebooking La Siesta from now on. Can’t recommend it enough!!
