  Having arrived on an early flight I was pleasantly surprised by Ms Veronica (a passionate & sunshine lady) who went the extra mile to accord an early check in and late check out(after checking what time is my flight back home). Such proactive gestures (reflecting a good knowledge of what a hotel guest want and need, but may not always get) differentiates the service level I received from Lotte Saigon. The room is clean, with a stunning river view. While it shows signs of dated, areas where the hotel can make a difference and continue to wow its guest has to be highlighted - such as the super king comfortable bed w enough pillows given to start a pillow party. Also noticeable and appreciated is the clean air and modern hotel lobby and lounge. Great location, being situated just beside VP bank building where I have some business meetings. Just round the corner in a few steps, tons of local shops, walking street, cool cafes katrinat, ever half, egg coffee are places where I patronised. Overall, Lotte Saigon, Ms Veronica, and porter Mr Nick, for sure I will be back, not just for my future business trips but also to bring my family and experience this. Pl keep up the good service!

  We stayed at Lotte Hotel Saigon for our honeymoon and it was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so special. A huge thank you to Nabie, who went above and beyond to make our honeymoon memorable. The room was beautifully decorated with rose petals, towel art, and a lovely "Honey Moon" setup on the bed — such a sweet surprise! The bellboy service was also excellent also. very polite, prompt, and helpful with our luggage. Everything from the room to the service was top-notch. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our honeymoon. Highly recommended!

  Our stay at Lotte Hotel Saigon was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel is in a perfect location, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean throughout. We loved spending time at the pool as a family. A heartfelt thank you to Pinky and her colleague at reception, who made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The birthday cake they arranged for our daughter was such a thoughtful touch and made the day truly special. It is the little things like that that turn a good stay into an unforgettable one. We felt well taken care of the entire time. Highly recommended.

  Even our room is a bit small, but I have to say hotel is a very welcome and warm hotel. The front desk staff are so friendly and touched. My room mate have some concerns didn’t want to stay at the connecting room. I went down to request changing room, they didn’t ask too many and give us another room to switch immediately. Really appreciate to reach our needs.

  Very nice interiors, facilities and rooms. Excellent service from staff. The river views we had were beautiful. The breakfast buffet was probably the best in all the hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. They should pay more attention to customer quiet room request. Though it was acknowledged, our room was under a busy lounge which woke us up around 6am from the noise from moving furniture as the soundproofing to the ceilings wasn't ideal. They did move us to a better room but our energy levels were already affected from a bad night sleep. The sauna is tiny, can only fit one ore two person max. When there is live music performance on the river, the sound can be heard quite loudly in the river view room we had. Luckily they seemed to wrap up by midnight.

  Our stay at Lotte Hotel Saigon was truly wonderful. The hotel was exceptionally clean — spotlessly maintained throughout our entire stay. Everyone we encountered was friendly, respectful, and caring.||We were especially impressed by how attentive the staff were in taking care of every need that came up during our visit. From the team members at the entrance who warmly opened doors for us, to the staff inside who kindly welcomed our visiting friends, the hospitality was consistently outstanding.||Room service was prompt, thoughtful, and very accommodating. Whenever we needed extra towels or assistance arranging food for my dad while he rested at the hotel during our sightseeing trips, the staff handled everything with kindness and sensitivity. He loved the foods here, both the buffet and restaurant. ||A special thank you to Veronica, Pinky, and Mia for arranging such excellent service and making our stay even more memorable. Your care and professionalism were deeply appreciated.|Thank you very much for such a pleasant and comfortable experience.

  Public Areas of hotel like lobby, restaurants etc are very nicely done and comfortable but other amenities are very run down and required furnishings.Guests are not required to tap room keys to gain access to guestrooms floor so having second thoughts on the security.Rooms has not ceiling lights and rely on 3 standing lamps for lights. Bathrooms facilities, lighting switches are alao very old.

  My stay at Lotte Hotel Saigon was absolutely flawless! A huge thank you to the receptionists, Mia and Pinky, who made our check-in seamless and welcomed us with such warm, genuine hospitality. The room was spotless, incredibly comfortable, and offered beautiful views of the Saigon River. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the city, and the amenities are top-notch. Mia and Pinky truly made our visit memorable with their exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel and cannot wait to return!
