  My wife and I absolutely loved our stay at Mai House Saigon. We stayed a total of 3 times over a 2 week period, in a Premium King room on level 11, and a Deluxe King on level 8 and on level 7 which were all peaceful, comfortable and quiet. We found the location to be perfect and only a short Grab ride to anywhere we wanted to go or a good walk if we wanted to explore the city. The included buffet breakfasts were great and Mr Phong always looked after us, huge range of food options including Western, local Vietnamese and other Asian cuisine. There are a few vegan options but you will have to ask as not everything is clearly labelled. Mr Phong will always help you out with a vegan Pho or noodles for breakfast if you like (pictured) We found all staff were all always friendly, approachable and happy to help. Hung and Phat at the poolside bar are the best!!! Tha ks guys!! 🙌🏻 They were especially helpful and the other bartenders were always super friendly too. We can’t wait to stay at Mai House again on our next trip to HCMC.

  This beautiful hotel is tucked in a less busy and quieter part of HCMC yet with Grab it’s easily accessible, just 20min from the airport and a quick ride ($1 to $2) or short walk to cafes, restaurants and key points of interests. The high ceilinged reception area is beautifully decorated with a grand orchid centerpiece. And the bar offers a happy hour one for one at 5-7pm. We have a roomy 1 bedroom apartment in 825. Tasteful furniture and fittings. Floor in dining area is creaky and the beautiful curved orche coloured lounge is marred by a stinky cushion (or two?) The rooftop bar was a real treat! We had drinks while enjoying the breeze and ignoring the tiny raindrops. Our daily rebate voucher of 200000d came in handy here. Going up again tmr for the full moon🌕

  My wife and I had a fantastic stay at Mai House Saigon, really great in every respect. We stayed in a Premium King room which was very roomy, and well laid out. The room we had (13th floor) was very quiet for street noise, great for light sleepers. Close to quite a few big tourist sites, then a short Grab trip to many more. The room service orders we placed were all fantastic, very handy for the late arriving flight. The included buffet breakfasts (that might have been a deal we got for booking direct through their website, I don't remember) were great, huge range of food options (Western, local Vietnamese and more broadly Asian) in plentiful supply. The staff were all fantastic, from check in to check out, always friendly, approachable and happy to help. When we had questions if there were any translation difficulties the staff would grab another colleague who would be totally fluent in English. I am usually happy to just have a go and get along with a laugh when travelling, but they wanted to ensure everything was correct, which is probably for the best when organising onwards transport and the like! Goes without saying all of the staffs English is miles better than my Vietnamese, I don't seem to have much of an ear for the tonal elements! Wish we had planned for longer in HCM City, it is a really cool city with heaps going on in terms of both traditional and contemporary culture (the arts, food, fashion, etc.) and Mai House Saigon was/is the perfect base for exploring.

  An Exceptional 5-Star Sanctuary in Saigon with Outstanding Soundproofing and Compassionate Service Our stay at Mai House Saigon Hotel was nothing short of spectacular. Prior to traveling to Vietnam, I had done some research and noticed that many travelers frequently complain about poor soundproofing and street noise, even when staying at reputable 5-star establishments. However, Mai House completely exceeded our expectations in this regard The soundproofing here is absolutely flawless; the room was an oasis of tranquility, allowing us to enjoy a peaceful, uninterrupted night's sleep throughout our entire stay The entire property boasts an elegant atmosphere and a beautifully designed environment. Our room was immaculately clean, incredibly comfortable, and featured a plush, cloud-like bed that made waking up a challenge. The bathroom was equally impressive—spacious, thoughtfully laid out with a separate bathtub and walk-in shower (dry/wet separation), and stocked with premium amenities What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its exemplary level of service. The staff are incredibly warm, polite, and attentive to every detail. A perfect example of their premium hospitality is that any food delivery (Grab/room service) we ordered was promptly and courteously delivered directly up to our room—a thoughtful luxury that many 5-star properties, particularly in places like Thailand, no longer offer The only minor restriction we encountered was the hotel policy prohibiting outside water or drinks by the swimming pool area, but this did not detract from the overall relaxing and comforting experience the property offers Location wise, it is perfectly situated. Reaching nearby top-tier restaurants and major tourist attractions was incredibly fast and convenient, typically taking less than 10 minutes by taxi Lastly, I must extend my deepest gratitude to the team for their incredible responsiveness during a medical emergency. I unfortunately fell ill during my stay, and upon calling the front desk for assistance, the staff acted with remarkable speed. They coordinated a doctor to visit our room almost immediately and thoughtfully arranged for a female staff member to remain by my side for comfort and support,This level of empathy and efficiency made me feel incredibly safe and cared for. Every single team member at Mai House deserves the highest praise and I cannot recommend this hotel enough

  Mai House turned out to be everything we expected. This charming hotel with beautiful architecture is nestled in a quiet lane off the main road. The service has been excellent, regardless of which hotel staff you interact with. The rooms are spacious and clean (except for some sofa cushions which smelt like they were due for a wash - minor detail). Excellent location. 20 mins from the airport, and within walking distance to a few tourist sites (eg. War Remnants Museum, Notre-Dame Cathedral). And it’s a USD1-3 Grab ride to any of the further tourist locations.

  Beautiful lobby and public areas in the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean with fresh towels and crisp white sheets. We did encounter a problem with an unpleasant smell in the room and having complained the changed our room. I think the carpets just require a steam clean. The roof top bar was stunning at night. The breakfast buffet was amazing, so much to choose from. Do not miss it.

  Had a wonderful stay at MAI HOUSE Saigon Hotel! The hotel was very clean, peaceful, and comfortable throughout our stay. The room service food arrived quickly and tasted great. Location was also very convenient — close to many attractions and only around 3 minutes walking distance to a convenience store. Even though it’s centrally located, the hotel was still quiet and relaxing at night. The staff were friendly and helpful as well. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

  The best experience I ever had in Vietnam and we travelled many times and stayed at many locations 5 stars . |The atmosphere: so relaxing and inviting you to unwind after a busy day of work or sightseeing . They treat you as a royal and pay attention to personal details . Hotel rooms and apartments are exactly what you need. The hotel entrance it’s a bit tucked away on a small street so no big avenue to exit directly on a busy crazy load road. |Mr Phong , the manager from the Restaurant: “ c’est la vie. “ it’s so delightful person and wants to please you and he is making sure you have everything you need . Any special diet request I had he responded right away . The food it’s exactly what you need. The presentation it’s outstanding. All the personnel are are very attentive and friendly. |Thank you Mr Phong for making us feel special every day .||Your job it’s amazing and appreciated. |Claudia & Nic |USA
