  We had an issue on the first night and sent an email to the management. The response was wonderful! They could not do enough to help with ours & their misunderstanding. We booked the 11th floor which included the lounge access. You have a HUGE breakfast from 6am- 11am. After they clean up from Breakfast they offer free tea & coffee, softdrinks & snacks. Then you have dinner with cocktails, beer & wine for 2.5 hrs. (This was where we had our misunderstanding as I don't drink alcohol nor softdrink). The food is fantastic! The rooms were clean, big & welcoming. There is a water purifier in the room so no need for bottled water. There is a pod coffee machine and you get a choice of 2 coffees per person per day. They even provide a recycled reuseable coffee cup for you to keep. The highlight is definetly the Surf & turf on Friday & Saturday nights. 4 hrs of free flowing seafood, steak, soup & salads. For a little more you can get sparkles, wine & cocktails.

  Overall, great place to stay. The location is close to most tourist spots. The breakfast buffet had limited selections; however, the quality was great. The main floor breakfast staff could have been more attentive to guests. They were either very helpful or not. High point for breakfast: the New World Hotel branded drinkable yogurt was the best. That was WOW. The executive lounge staff were excellent and very attentive to guests. I really loved the service from Elly and Duy. They gave excellent, consistent service to me and all the guests in the lounge, always with a smile. The rooms were good but need some updates.

  My stay at New World Saigon Hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, what stood out most was the caliber of the people who run it! What made this experience so special was the staff, especially Phu and Tuyet that were working in the lobby area. Their sense of hospitality was on a completely different level. They were incredibly observant, anticipating needs. Fast-witted, warm, and effortlessly professional, they really created an atmosphere that felt both welcoming and refined! It’s rare to meet people who combine efficiency with genuine care, but they really did it seamlessly. Thank you!

  My stay at New World Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The rooms were beautifully maintained, spacious, and incredibly comfortable — the perfect retreat after exploring the energy of the city. The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh City with easy access to markets, restaurants, nightlife, and cultural attractions. Every staff member went above and beyond to make the experience memorable, always greeting guests with a smile and offering outstanding service. The breakfast selection was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh local and international options, and the hotel facilities were top-class. Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the executive lounge, or simply taking in the city views, everything felt luxurious and thoughtfully designed. What truly made this stay special was the attention to detail and the feeling of being genuinely cared for throughout my visit.   This is my new home in Saigon. This is a very underrated hotel. Excellent room and amazingly friendly staff. I am a vegetarian and they went out of their way to accommodate to my dietary requirements. Evenings were spent relaxing in the warm Lounge on level 10, pampered by an extremely attentive group of staff. Special mention to Elly, Ho, Chloe, Dat, Nhi, Lan and Duy for pampering throughout my stay. Coming back soon!

  The New Saigon Hotel in Ho Chi Min City was a really nice place to stay. We experienced their Residence Club for Dinner and snacks and non alcoholic drinks during the day. The staff were all very helpful our room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast downstairs was amazing and the staff made the best omelettes so far on my trip. The only thing we didn’t find amazing was the bed. It was very hard. I know some people like hard beds but we prefer softer ones. We had a fabulous 4 nights there and the location was great for getting around. We booked this hotel package through Luxury escapes.

  Fantastic location provides easy access to dinning, shopping and entertainment. Residence club has excellent food and drinks during cocktails hours. The service provided by the staffs at the club is top notch. Room are clean and bed is really comfortable. Great hotel to stay!
