  1) Room: The room is spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing that ensures a peaceful stay. The kitchen is well-equipped with all essential utensils, plates, and cutlery, making longer stays very convenient. Throughout the stay, amenities were replenished thoroughly and consistently. Room 501 offers a beautiful view of the Saigon River and faces the sunrise, making mornings especially memorable. 2) Staff: The staff are friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist promptly with any requests. Their warm hospitality and professionalism greatly enhanced the overall experience. Special thanks to Nhat (Sun) and the front office team for their outstanding service and thoughtful care throughout the stay. 3) Location: The hotel is conveniently located near Landmark 81, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The surrounding area is quiet, especially at night, yet offers a good variety of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance during daytime, adding to the overall convenience. We would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

  Amazing experience! The hotel is luxurious, clean, and very peaceful. The room was spacious with modern amenities, and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, and everything was well presented. The location is also very convenient for getting around and exploring nearby attractions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

  We've had a wonderful stay with our kids at Oakwood. Housekeeping (Orange) keeps our room clean, neat and comfortable everyday, great service throughout. They also offers different authentic cakes each day which our family really enjoyed. The location is very convenient, with free shuttle to popular malls around and a short walk to the metro. This is a huge plus for us, especially traveling with children. Overall, we've had a fantastic summer experience staying at Oakwood Saigon.

  We had such an amazing time staying at Oakwood that we ended up extending our stay! 🥹✨ Everyone was incredibly warm, polite, and welcoming they truly made us feel at home. A huge shoutout to Mr. Liam (Nguyen Khanh Linh) who is honestly one of the kindest and most genuine hotel staff members we’ve ever met. 💖 He was the person I always looked forward to seeing and greeting whenever we passed through the lobby. His warm smile, positive energy, and genuine care made every day a little brighter. He always made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Special thanks as well to Mr. Sun, Harry, and especially the Front Office Manager, Ms. Nicole, for making our experience so memorable. 🌟 Ms. Nicole even surprised me with a cake and a handwritten note, which honestly made me emotional. 🥲 It’s one of the sweetest gestures I’ve ever received, and it’s something I’ll never forget. You guys have officially set the standard. ✨ From now on, I’ll definitely be comparing every hotel experience to the way Oakwood Hotel & Apt Saigon treated us and that’s going to be a very hard standard to beat.

  We had an amazing stay at Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Saigon and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. The room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering excellent value for money. We also loved the free shuttle service, which made getting around much more convenient. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional hospitality from the front desk team. A special thank you to Finn, Akter, and Seven for their outstanding service. We were welcomed by Finn during check-in, and he made us feel at home right away with his warm and friendly attitude. Throughout our stay, we frequently ordered Grab food both morning and night, and the front desk staff always helped deliver our orders to our room. We really appreciated their hard work and willingness to assist us every time. We were also grateful to be granted a late check-out until 1:30 PM. Unfortunately, we forgot to ask for the name of the staff member who arranged it, but we would like to sincerely thank them for their kindness and flexibility. When it was time to leave, Finn once again went above and beyond by helping us book transportation to our next destination. His professionalism and genuine care for guests truly stood out. Thank you to the entire front desk team for making our stay so memorable, especially Finn, Akter, and Seven. We hope management recognizes their excellent work. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit to Saigon!

  Here is my review. Please share with the team|Thank you once again for your care and support. I wanted to say that all the staff were great but the Reception team were OUTSTANDING. VERY professional and nothing was too much trouble for them|I had a difficult final day due to external events but the team intuitively supported me and lifted my mood. This attitude goes beyond training. It demonstrates a level of competence and pride which the company should be proud of||All these people are the real stars of the show and made the experience memorable. Especially for a first timer in HCMC who was finding his feet and a bit unsure.|Kenneth. Sun. Nicole. Harry. Liam. Celiac and Finn. Thank you all.||Also , my experience at the rooftop restaurant was superb. Its a pity it was almost empty as its a great destination with even better service.||It just needs better marketing and signage too. I could help as its in my area of expertise even though I am officially retired.|Great food. wonderful ambience and perfect service.||I hope you circulate this message to the appropriate people.

  Generally it's wonderful service on property. Booked 2 rooms with older children & the room size is fantastic with clear room. Well kept room. The location is alittle far off and nothing much to offer just off the hotel. They dont have restaurants and convenice store as well. Hence you need to cart your drinks or snacks while travelling back after the outing. They do offer 3 time shuttle services to your prefer location but we didnt use due to timing. Roof top restaurant - they need to work on the meat dishes as it's tough, wrong plating with curve and fork too.

  This has got to be one of the best rooms with a bathtub that I have spent the night in. The bed mattress, pillows, quilt is extremely extremely comfortable. It is a totally different experience to soak in a bath tub in this room, than in a bathtub in an enclosed bathroom; it really relieves the fatigue as you play your favourite music. I really like the wooden flooring too… makes it absolutely feels like a cosy home rather than a fully carpeted one. Having said that, there is a small carpet under the cosy bed, enough room keep your feet warm while searching for your slippers. Most coolers in hotels only allow you to put drinks… this has a frozen compartment too… and this means you can stock it up with ice cream! All the hotel staff are very courteous and helpful and responsive. Kudos to Ater for helping me with the luggage! I ordered Grab deliveries a few times and the hotel staff sends them all up to my door step. For travellers looking for a deep goodnight sleep, along with a good soak in its bathtub… I highly recommend Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Saigon for you.
