  We stayed here on our first visit to Vietnam and our last destination before flying home. The location of the hotel sits along the border of District 1 and 3 making it conveniently located to many nearby landmarks and attractions (walking distance or very cheap grab fares) The rooms were modern and clean, with daily service, a lovely pool to cool down in after exploring and a great, fresh and varied breakfast to start the day. In addition to all this, what impressed us most was the staff - their attention and helpfulness right from the time we checked in and until our departure. There were a number of things that made our stay special including being advised when our room was ready early, the door being opened every time we left and returned to the hotel any queries or advice we needed about navigation around the city and how to manage on the day of check out with a late flight. Will definitely return to this hotel to stay and recommend to others. Thank you for making our stay and visit memorable.

  Absolutely loved this place! This was our final destination of a three week trip to Vietnam. The elegant foyer and beautiful chandeliers really set this boutique hotel’s standard high. The staff were so polite and attentive. Rooms were more compact but to be expected in a city hotel. The buffet breakfast was full of assorted dishes mainly dedicated to the Asian cuisine. There was an egg bar, salad, cakes and pastries as well as very delicious coffee such as latte and cappuccino made fresh. The pool was on the 9th floor and was clean and very welcoming on the hot and humid days. It was semi enclosed so kept the sun away but allowing a breeze through. Location was perfect. Busy enough to get a Grab Taxi to any where within 10 mins but out of the noise and smell of district 1 &2. I would totally recommend this place if you are staying in Ho chi Ming.

  I love this hotel so much, they provide good breakfast and good receptionist. Although located in District 3 but still walkable to nearby attractions such as Central Post Office, War Remnants Museum, Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral & Ben Thanh Market. Room was clean & spacious, staff was helpful and able to speak English, definitely will stay here again for next visit. Nearby lots of Restaurants.

  I had a wonderful stay at Orchids Saigon Hotel and would highly recommend it for both business and leisure travelers. I stayed for a total of four weeks in two different rooms, and both were beautiful, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Although I did not book breakfast, I ate at the hotel restaurant many times during my stay, and the food was always delicious. The location is perfect, within walking distance of many of Ho Chi Minh City's main attractions, restaurants, and cafés. Most importantly, the staff were amazing. I was unwell during part of my stay, and everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, friendly, and helpful. Their care made my stay much more comfortable. Thank you to the whole team for such a warm and pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again.

  I had a really lovely stay here. I arrived very early on the day of check-in. Although early check-in was not available, the staff warmly welcomed me and allowed me to use the gym shower facilities before my room was ready, which I really appreciated. The receptionist, Vy, was especially kind and thoughtful. She recommended several interesting places to visit and even marked them on a map for me, which was incredibly helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I also really appreciated the smart toilet, which made the stay even more comfortable. Housekeeping was always on time. Thank you to all the staff for making my stay so enjoyable, especially Vy and the doormen, who were always friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

  We stayed for 4 nights and it was a great location for shopping and food. The rooms were very comfortable — not super big, but exactly what you need for a nice and restful stay. The service was great, and the staff were always looking after us. Trung was especially attentive and so kind, always helping us with whatever we needed. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the shower doesn’t have a proper door and instead uses a shower curtain, which takes away a bit from the overall experience as it can feel a little uncomfortable. It wasn’t a terrible experience at all, just something that could definitely be improved. Apart from that, I would definitely stay here again.

  “Great stay! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. The hotel location not much restaurants nearby. Breakfast had a good variety.
