  The hotel was simply wonderful! Our room was spacious, very clean and the view from the Búp Sky Restaurant was excellent! We arrived very early morning and the staff were extremely helpful to facilitate an early check in. We also really appreciated the fast service of the hotel. We called for water and they were delivered very quickly, we were extremely satisfied with the professionalism and proactiveness of the staff. We would consider this hotel again on a future visit.

  The staff is very helpful and understanding, Ms Vy, The front office Manager is very active and helpful. Mr Duy, the owner, makes sure that each guest is comfortable .He interacts with them and is always there to solve any problem if any. Mr Ryan and his team makes sure that the food service is prompt. Kitchen team is very efficient to take care of your taste buds. No space to write more, no words to describe.....simply the best! Wonderful place

  I had an exceptional 4 days 3 nights stay at this hotel in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. From the moment I arrived, the staff delivered warm hospitality and truly outstanding service throughout my stay. What impressed me most was their attention to detail every interaction felt thoughtful and personalized. The team was always attentive, professional, and ready to assist with anything I needed, making me feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. The location is also excellent, situated conveniently in the heart of District 1 with easy access to popular attractions, restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas. It made exploring Ho Chi Minh City incredibly convenient. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, adding to the overall wonderful experience. I truly appreciate the effort and care shown by the entire team. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City, and I would definitely stay here again.

  This hotel location is good. Also the room beds are such a comfort. The hotel staff are all very helpful and friendly. They had helped to recommend to me good places to go for coffee and nearby massage and manicure places whereby the locals goes to and not touristy places. Also I appreciate a lot for the pre-birthday cake being arranged in my hotel room upon check-in. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who plans to visit this city.

  We stayed 4 nights in April. Had a great stay. Loved the breakfast and the afternoon tea was a great perk after a long day of walking. Can’t say enough about the service - everyone was so thoughtful and kind. On our mother’s birthday they put a little cake with a lovely birthday note for her - it really made her day. Location is excellent - very close to Ben Thanh and lots of walkable food spot. Thank you for taking such great care of us! 😀

  Although the rooms are on the smaller side, the exceptional service and amenities more than make up for it. Complimentary afternoon tea is far more than just tea—it features a rotating selection of freshly made Vietnamese treats such as bánh xèo, bánh khọt, and bánh tôm, along with fresh fruit and delicious desserts. The staff were absolutely wonderful and made us feel like royalty (even though we’re definitely not!). They went above and beyond to make our stay special, even surprising me with a delicious birthday cake on my birthday. It truly felt like they genuinely cared about their guests and wanted us to have a memorable experience. I would gladly stay here again and again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

  I had quite a few problems with this hotel which was disappointing for a 4 star hotel. Firstly when I booked this hotel via their website, I had a scammer get in touch with all the details of my booking (name, dates and the price) which i dont know how they managed to get all those details accurately so, that was a big red flag. I had booked a transfer with them from the airport to the hotel that was actually also much more expensive. But they forgot to pick me up. I had to ask around a few times, wait around to finally get a ride to the hotel and once I got to the hotel, I didn't receive an apology or acknowledgment of that incident. The room was quite small. The pictures looked great but when we arrived it was much tighter especially the bathroom, it was hard to get 2 people in there. Despite all this, the hotel had some great features. They had free WiFi devices you could take out and portable fans. The staff were lovely and very welcoming.

  Excellent location. Friendly staff. Saigon Center, Saigon Square, Ben Thanh Market (Be cautious as goods here tend to be ridiculously marked up. Always bargain and do your research! We went to Tan Dinh Market instead for nuts and dried fruits) all within walking distance. Right across Museum of Fine Arts. Lots of local dining options and cafesin the vicinity. Cheap banh mi and store with a few cheap souvenir items right beside the hotel. Short Grab ride away to other tourist destinations. We got a room with a small window. Really clean. Comfy sheets. Free water refill at the lobby. Soundproofing could be better but would recommend to family and friends.
