  A unique and premium stay experience because this hotel is the tallest building in Saigon, so you can see the entire city from above and even the airport. All facilities are complete, an outdoor swimming pool on top and there is a sauna and spa. The rooms are also very comfortable and modern as a 5-star hotel, the club lounge is a suitable place to relax and work while watching the sunset and enjoying the atmosphere of Saigon's city lights. The food at breakfast and in the lounge is all delicious and has a lot of variety, including local Vietnamese food. Thank you for the service and hospitality. There is a small mall below and above there is an observatory tourist attraction separate from the hotel.

  Wow, this hotel left me speechless. The service here is truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, my family and I were treated like royalty. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary requirements and ensure plenty of halal-friendly food options were available. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, offering premium, high-quality food with stunning views from the 66th floor. Our room was beautifully designed and featured a generously sized bath, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. We also had Club Lounge access, which was absolutely worth it. Throughout the day, there were complimentary snacks, coffee, fresh juices, and mocktails available. In the evenings, a variety of delicious dinner options were served, including pho, Vietnamese noodle dishes, and seafood. Everything was so good that we often didn’t feel the need to leave the hotel for dinner. The pool, gym, and overall facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect. Having a shopping centre directly underneath the hotel was incredibly convenient, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and a cinema just steps away. While you’re only about eight minutes from the bustling streets of Saigon, I really appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of this area. I can’t wait to visit again. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Special thanks to Andy, Phu, and Huong, whose kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made our experience even more special. They are a credit to the hotel and helped create a stay that my family and I will never forget.

  This Autograph property is an absolute premium experience and lives up to its brand value. Firstly, it’s the tallest tower in all of Vietnam with great panoramic views of the entire city. Here’s a shot from my flight, it was cool to see the tower from up above. The staff is polite and service oriented. Special shout out to Ted, Rachel, Chau Ann and Chris for making our stay here super special. Connectivity: the place is close to the city center, 15min by Grab to Independence Palace, War Museum, Night Market and central market amongst other places. The building is also connected to a mall from the inside. Food - Chef is great here, good spread of food for breakfast.

  A truly beautiful hotel! The views are amazing, especially at night! The rooms are comfortable and modern, and generally the place feels luxurious. It is pretty cozy and quieter than in downtown, and the building itself is definitely a landmark in Saigon (though the hotel doesn’t occupy the whole building of course). There is a shopping mall in the same building, so it’s convenient but not crowded. And the observation deck (you still have to buy tickets for it) is great! Also the evening cocktail at the lounge is superb, we loved it! The staff is so welcoming, kind and helpful! Especially the check-in and the valets downstairs, the barman at the executive lounge ( I unfortunately don’t remember the name, but we really thank him a lot)!

  Special thanks to Tuyền at the check-in desk for the excellent hospitality and customer service at Vinpearl Landmark 81, Autograph Collection. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional, and made my wife and I feel very well taken care of during our mini vacation. Our room was splendid with an amazing view, and the overall service throughout the hotel was outstanding. Everyone treated us with kindness and professionalism, which made the stay even more enjoyable and relaxing. One recommendation for visitors: we highly recommend the Cloud Lounge over the Blank Lounge. The Cloud Lounge was better maintained, in better condition, and had better prices while still offering a great atmosphere and view. would absolutely stay here again.

  The view from the room is superb. Feel like staying in e cloud. Receptionist are well trained and able to converse in fluent English. Room is huge and comfortable. Only down side in e room is the water pressure in the shower. As my event ended at 1pm, I requested for a late check out at 2pm. I was disappointed when I was told that the hotel is fully booked and they couldn't do it for me. That was really disappointing as it doesn't seem like full house when I went for breakfast. I was expecting a huge and nice mall downstairs but was disappointed. There are limited shops and the shopping experience wasn't pleasant (aircon was not cool). My colleague & I had to park ourselves near the ice skating ring to enjoy the cooling temperature at that area. It was challenging to kill 3-hr time before departure to the airport at the mall.

  I had an excellent experience with the Club Service. The exclusive club facilities were outstanding, and the team truly made my stay memorable.||A special thank you to Roxie at the Private Club Check-In for her warm welcome, professionalism, and efficient service. She made the arrival process seamless and set a great tone for the rest of my stay.||I would also like to recognize Zane and Bao from the Club Lounge team. Both were attentive, friendly, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. Their genuine hospitality and attention to detail greatly enhanced the overall club experience.||The exceptional service provided by Roxie, Zane, and Bao reflects the high standards of the hotel. I highly recommend the and look forward to returning in the near future.

  Stayed at this hotel twice in last one year as a stopover for one night. ||My son’s favourite hotel in the city due to excellent view of the airport and he can sit all day in lounge or restaurant watching airplane landings. ||Breakfast buffet is very good. ||Stayed at 76th floor twice and have an amazing view of the city. |Got upgrade to panoramic view rooms which was quite amazing. ||Hotel staff is excellent. ||Lounge is very good and has so much variety. |Looking forward for staying here again.
