I love you all - my teachers, the staff, and my dear classmates.

The teachers were brilliant (rated 5/5), but the staff' attitude brought my overall rating down to 3/5. I can see the center has started to recognize this and make improvements. If they continue to listen to students and refine their support, the learning experience here will only get better. In short, the real value lies in listening carefully and improving from what students share.

I don’t do reviews often because it’s not worthy the time and I prefer real communication to solve things out. I think this worth writing so you can choose a better place to spend your money and to acquire knowledge elsewhere. I’m writing this because the school hires instructor that would harass and touch his student in front of a class filled with students without her permission. He touched my mother on four separate occasions. She’s middle age, it’s a polite thing to just ask before you touch someone’s face, shoulder or head in public, let along it happened more than once. Also, it is really not too much to ask for someone to turn their heads a certain way or how their faces should look when they say certain words using verbal communication and not touching without permission. If it’s too hard to describe, you know what, touch your own face and show it. And to top it all, foreigners speak English with an accents and some might even think it’s special, but they came to you to be better, to improve their accents and pay you a fortune, there isn’t the need to mimic their wrong doings in front of the class to humiliate them, especially a middle age lady. Teachers of your school need to Get some class. Hire people with dignity and real teaching skills. What a joke

No email appears on the website nor on factbook. The facebook account also has no provision for contacting anyone (commenting switched off) How can you operate a reputable company without these functions. Non-existing phone numbers appear on google as well. Friends you need a dire makeover.
