  Vls has been a wonderful experience during my stay here in Vietnam. I came to Ho Chi Minh City for work, so not having much time to travel around and get to know the Vietnamese culture. However, this has been fully compensated by my time at this school. Thanks to Vls and especially teacher (cô) Linh, who is both very well prepared and a wonderful person, I am learning so much about the Vietnamese language and culture. With a well-thought-through and serious program, as well as clearly written textbooks, this school gives any learner the perfect pathway to start learning and potentially master Vietnamese. I can only recommend this school not only to anyone who needs to learn Vietnamese for professional or personal reasons, but also to people like me who find themselves living in Vietnam and are curious to learn more about the country they live in and its language. Thank you Vls and especially thank you cô Linh, you have made my Vietnam experience so much better in these months.

  I’ve been taking Vietnamese lessons at VLS and honestly couldn’t recommend them more. Cô Linh is an excellent teacher. She goes far beyond just teaching speaking, reading, and writing. She gives a deeper understanding of the language, including its history, cultural context, and how it actually functions in real life. The lessons have given me a real appreciation for Vietnamese as a fascinating language and a deeper connection to it. If you’re serious about learning Vietnamese in a meaningful way, VLS is a fantastic place to do it.

  Xin chào .. If you are a foreigners who living in Thảo Điền, Ho Chi Minh City or nearby areas and are looking for a place to study a second or even a third language, VLS Vietnamese language studies located in Thảo điền is a high-quality language institute worth considering. The school offers a well-structured learning system along with experienced teachers, helping students gain practical language skills that can be used effectively in daily life. “I have been studying here for a few months and the lessons are well Structured and helpful for daily communication” Highly recommend !

  I studied at VLS for two years, and I highly recommend it! The teachers and staff are incredibly kind and supportive, and the school creates a welcoming environment for learning Vietnamese. The monthly language club, Vietnamese Circle, is especially great. It's the best place to experience the joy of speaking Vietnamese in a relaxed and friendly setting. Through these activities, I was able to make many amazing friends. In addition, the school actively organizes a wide variety of events, which makes learning even more enjoyable. VLS is truly a language school I love.

  I've recently moved to HCMC and I am learning Vietnamese. VLS Thao Dien has been a second home for me. The staff at VLS are professional and courteous, and I feel like I can reach out anytime, to ask about Vietnamese culture, language and how to navigate life in Vietnam.

  We had a very short course (5 hours), because of the time limitation in our schedule. We were attending class in their unit in District 2. They completly ajusted the timetable according to our wishes, and were very helpful and attending. Our teacher Ms. Mai was very informative and explained alot in such short time period about Vietnamese language, and also about useful information for living in Vietnam. We also loved their social activities programme and joined for a pickelball game, where you meet other students and staff. If we would have more time, we would definetly choose longer language course and more social activities. We were very satisfied.

  I've been taking advanced classes with Cô Mỹ Linh for over a year at the Thảo Điền location and wholeheartedly recommend VLS. The school's flexibility and ability to tailor classes to each student’s individual needs set it apart. The teachers and staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, creating a warm and welcoming community environment. Teachers undergo a thorough onboarding process and participate in regular development courses to ensure delivery of high-quality instruction. VLS also organizes extracurricular events that foster connections with other students and provide insights into Vietnamese culture. Cô Mỹ Linh is an outstanding teacher—she is deeply knowledgeable about the Vietnamese language, history and culture and has a keen interest in current events. She customizes lessons to my interests and needs, making our conversations always interesting and insightful. I’ve learned so much from Cô Mỹ Linh and look forward to every class.
