  Wonderful service! I randomly googled where to get my laundry cleaned near my hotel while I was in Saigon and this came up and I’m so happy I chose them. They were super quick to reply when I contacted them via email and then ultimately they use WhatsApp to have communication if you don’t have a Vietnamese phone number. They picked up my laundry at the front desk/concierge of my hotel at a time I needed and returned it also at the time requested. I was able to just leave money with the concierge for when they dropped off my clean laundry so no waiting required. Very friendly communication and the laundry was folded perfectly and smells great. 7kg of laundry with pick up and drop off service was 310,000 VND ($16 CAD). Highly recommend!

  Highly recommended!!! Fast and affordable laundry service. 30k VND per kg and 40k VND for delivery to my hotel. For 6kg, the total was only 220k VND. All the clothes were neatly folded and smelled amazing with a nice Downy fragrance🥰 Underwear and socks were thoughtfully packed separately in a small bag, which I really appreciated. The staff is very kind and careful. Thank you so much🫶

  Friendly service and the two people we spoke to had excellent English. Prices were reasonable for wash and fold laundry service. We paid a little extra for same day service and another little extra for delivery to our hotel. Very satisfied with the cleanliness, service, and price.

  Just 3 mins by foot from our apartment. Very nice and fast service with reasonable price. The owner (aunt) can communicate well in English.

  Cheaper than hotel laundry services and will collect and deliver for a small extra charge. Laundry smells fresh and is carefully folded and packaged. Very friendly lady in the laundry. £4.50 for a kilo of laundry, delivered. The negative is like previous reviewers have said. My new cream top, having its first wash, came back covered in pale grey stains. I’ve washed it back in the UK, using stain remover and whitener and it’s no better. Permanently ruined.

  AVOID. Clothes came back with more stains than I when I left them? If I had more time in HCM I would’ve gone back to complain and enquire, would not recommend, overpriced and under delivered. Much better quality services you can use for the same price. I paid 100k VND and they also overcharged me as I had 1kg of clothes (which I weighed myself) however they charged me for 2kg on the bill so be careful.

  Highly disorganized and left disappointed. Double checked my clothes that were returned to me and realized that the staff lost part of my laundry (my favorite tank top, two pairs of socks, etc). Came back with the same bag of clothes to let them know there were missing clothing items. No ownership or accountability taken other than telling me to check my pile of clothes again which I already did multiple times. Unfortunately, this particular tank top is out of stock so I am not even able to replace it anymore. For a service that charged extra for express shipping, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of care, quality, professionalism, and attention to detail. Instead of cleaning my laundry, they did me dirty.
