  Very good service. They came to pick up and drop off my clothes at the reception of my hotel i was staying at. They worked very quick! They picked up my laundry in the morning and dropped it off washed and folded at 6pm in the afternoon. Even tho it was only scheduled for the next day. Definitely would recommend it to others! There were no stains or anything. Only the folded t-shirts had some wrinkles on the back. But i don’t mind at all since it were just t-shirts.

  Spectacular service. After reached hotel at late night I noticed that hotel i stayed dont have an iron box or ironing service in their laundry. At 2am I booked an express service of Giat Oi they came immediately. They nicely washed , ironed and well packed my clothes and delivered to me before 4:30am. Highly recommended.

  Thank you for your service on our visit to SGN. The communication through WhatsApp and your order app was helpful along with the photos and progress information. ***if you have an order with multiple parties that you want to keep separate, there will be a slightly higher fee due to the multiple washes***. Not an issue for us because it saved on the sorting of clothes later. Would definitely recommend their service.

  I was on a time crunch, late at night, and needed my clothes ironed for the morning. The woman here was very kind and helpful, spoke ggood English, and helped make the whole process really smooth. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs to get their clothes reliably ironed!

  Awesome laundry service. Everything was smooth and easy. From the beautiful website to the quick responses on WhatsApp. Pickup was really fast and all the staff were fluent in English, courteous and helpful. Save yourself the trouble of waiting at the laundromat and consider engaging them instead! Wishing the team all the best!

  Effortless laundry — used them twice and wouldn’t use anyone else! As a family traveling in HCMC, Giặt Ơi! was a complete lifesaver. I left a bag of dirty clothes at my hotel reception, they collected it, washed it, and delivered it back — no waiting around, no coordination needed. What really sets them apart is the step-by-step status updates tracking every stage — collection, weighing, washing, drying, folding, packing and delivery. Pick-up, delivery and payment all handled through the hotel reception, completely hands-off. Used them twice, both times flawless. Very reasonably priced too. Highly recommend! 🙌

  Very professional service! They showed up at my hotel room with a laundry bag and packed up all the clothes we wanted to have washed. They weighed it there too. I did not require the express service so i just paid 30k VND per kilo. And my laundry was airdried as well! Would really recommend it to all travelers as they communicate in english through whatsapp as well.
