  I live in Thao Dien. They do free delivery , free pick up and drop off. 15k per kilos. Nice fold and fragrant. Absolutely recommended!!!!

  Perfect service! We had a lot of of heavy linen, pillows and towels we needed for our new place. They were able to do it fast, neat and well coordinated with us. Our special requests were assisted with care and thought. Pick up and delivery back were included and payment through bank transfer. Very easy and effective dealing with them. Highly recommended.

  Affordable and worked with me even though I don't know Vietnamese (thank you Google Translate). They were able to drop off clothes to the hotel and worked with them. Strongly recommend.

  My laundry came back with bleach spots. Ruined my expensive bedding. A hand towel was also missing. I tried for a week to get a response for the company, but no one addressed my concerns.

  On the day of pickup, I went to this business to pick up my laundry 4 times, but noone was ever there. Nightmare! I even had to cancel my flight and hotel to Bangkok, because I didn't have any clothes to wear! I WANT MY LAUNDRY BACK!
