  It was a terrible experience and unprofessional. I paid over one mil for 3 Suites' clean-up. They promised 3 days and ended up 5 days, and asked for 160k more (they said they miss calculate the items) When I called Contact, it connected me to their hotline and not directly to the store. I End up book Grab 3 times to check the quality and return. Will never book here again.

  My shoes got wet from the rain and wanted to get it washed. I asked for expedited service and cleaning. The receptionist forgot to add the expedited service and my shoes took 4 days to finish. The receptionist that I talked to had an attitude and didn’t even try to tell me what type of products they had. Overall super terrible work ethic from this place. My shoes that I sent in for them to clean. Smell worst than before it was cleaned. It had an extremely damp smell and smelled aweful. It doesn’t make sense for me to send my shoes in to get cleaned and have it smell worst. They also up charge me for my shoe since it was 20 million vnd . They said it’s so that they would take better care of the shoes when in reality it’s just a lie. Terrible experience. Do not reccomend.

  Updated: despite their response below, they never issued the refund that they said they would, and all communication went mute on Zalo chat! I sent my Tumi laptop bag in for service at 150k. It came back almost the same with my hair still inside different compartments. I also sent my bedsheet (2 queen duvet covers & 4 pillow cases) for wash & iron and paid 222k. They came back only washed, and all wrinkled. They later said that with that price it's only for wash while other premium drycleaners in the city charge even lower for both wash & iron. They asked me to send them back and PAY more to have them ironed (really funny gal)!! As they were incapable of solving the problem AND has zero knowledge in customer service, I demanded a full refund for the job poorly done, and after a lot of haggling they said they would refund for the bag and half of the bedsheet price so 250k altogether in 7 days :-). They did a decent job with my 2 dresses though. If you want to send your fancy clothes here for services and hope that they will compensate you properly if anything is ruined, think again!

  Do not use this service. They collected laundry but I had to chase them endlessly to get it back. It arrived wrinkled and bundled up-( not folded). Two T shirts had shrunk as they were dried on such a hot setting. This was the most stressful laundry experience. It took me threatening to go the police to actually get my laundry returned to me.

  I would give negative stars if I could. They created multiple stains on my silk dress. They called 3 days later and said they realized the "dress" had stains all over. It looks like they used an overheated rusty iron. They took no responsibility and even tried to charge me more. This place will ruin your clothes, take NO responsibility and try to blame the customer. Unethical, unprofessional, rude and disrespectful. Avoid!

  This shop calls itself a “big branch,” but it feels more like a scam. My shoes came back with rough edges, crooked seams, and the surface looked cheap and patchy. The staff at the front desk were some of the rudest I’ve dealt with, like I was bothering them just by asking questions. Prices here are higher than the smaller shops nearby, yet the quality is laughably bad. Avoid this place.
