  Fuss-less laundry service for those in Riverside Residence. Just add into whatsapp and they will arrange pick up of the laundry at Lobby, mine is Blk B Lobby. The only negative point is u need to receive the laundry at the lobby also, so best to send it in the evening and receive it in the morning, need to arrange with them on this.

  Great service! Clothes come back smelling great and looking amazing! The express service is fast, even with a heavy load (+- 12 kg). White clothes, come back as white as you expect. Packaging really nice. Contact is super friendly and efficient. Thanks again for an amazing service 🙏 We would use this service again and definitely recommend!

  We availed the “Express” service (3 hours) and they delivered it right away. Our clothes are now fresh and clean for our next flight since we stayed overnight in HCM. We will avail their services again once we come back by next year.

  Wish I had a photo of my neatly folded clothes but it’s been a long day. Definitely support this business if you are staying in the building. Dropped my clothes off to her yesterday afternoon and got them back tonight. She works around your schedule so you tell her when to drop off your clean clothes. Great price for the heavy amount of clothes I gave to her. Great communication throughout the whole process. Super friendly from start to finish. Definitely taking my clothes back for another wash before I leave!!

  During my recent stay in HCM city, a friend introduced me to a reliable laundry service. Given my high standards for cleanliness, I asked my friend about the quality of their work. He confidently assured me that they were the best in the city. Indeed, their service was impeccable from start to finish. The clothes were collected promptly, cleaned to perfection, and returned efficiently. I was pleased to have the option to choose between a standard and express service, both of which were reasonably priced. Moreover, the customer service I received was outstanding. When I accidentally left a gold bracelet in my pants pocket, the shop took initiative to ensure its safe return. Despite my mistake, they demonstrated a commitment to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this laundry service to anyone in HCM city. If I could give them a 100-star rating, I certainly would.

  Super easy to deal with, collection and delivery and clothes smell good; actually got asked who washes my clothes by a lady i was playing pool with. Just message them on what ever platform you have to get details of pricing and organise collection, payment upon return delivery, also gets returned in a nice reusable laundry bag for next time you need to do laundry

  Absolutely awful experience and I would never use this laundry again. I first used them on 14 Feb for pickup and delivery from my apartment. Communication at the start was fine, they confirmed the “saving pack” price and an extra 50,000đ to wash my white T‑shirts separately, and pickup and delivery were on time. I paid in full in cash on delivery, no issues there. The problem only showed up when I went to use my clothes. One of my white T‑shirts that I had specifically paid extra to have washed separately came back covered in fluff all over it, like it had been washed with the wrong items or with a machine full of lint, not like a normal stain or “mold.” It was clearly a washing/handling issue, and something that could easily have been fixed by simply re‑washing and properly removing the fluff. When I contacted them again on 19 Feb to use their service a second time, I mentioned the problem with the T‑shirt. Instead of taking any responsibility or offering to fix it, they repeatedly blamed “mold,” “humidity,” sweaty clothes, and basically everything except their own process – even after I clearly told them the shirt was not wet, had fluff all over it, and only came back in that condition after their wash and delivery. They insisted they “didn’t do anything” to cause it and said they “cannot fix it,” which is just lazy and unprofessional. I was literally about to spend another 600,000đ with them for more laundry, and all it would have taken to keep a happy long‑term customer was to re‑clean one T‑shirt and remove the fluff that they caused. Instead, they argued, made excuses about the weather, and showed zero real willingness to resolve the issue. If you care about your clothes and about basic customer service, I strongly recommend you go somewhere else. This place is happy to take your money, but when there’s a problem caused on their side, they deny, deflect, and do nothing to fix it.
