  Used a local laundry service that picked up our clothes from the hotel in the evening and dropped them back the next morning. Everything came back fresh, clean, and neatly folded. Very convenient and well worth the service. Would definitely recommend.

  Amazing service! Clothes were clean, well folded. Mind boggling value. The price for a bag of clothes is like 1 piece of clothing at hotel laundry, which always charges per piece. Clearly hotels do not want you to use their laundry services, with such ridiculous pricing. Never ever going to use hotel laundry if I'm in Saigon while they're providing service this good. Easy to communicate with on WhatsApp, English is good. Add the phone to your phone contacts, then theyll show up on Whatsapp.

  Superb service. Tourist friendly. My hotel is 12min walking distance. They offered delivery. Not only did they expedite my order since i was in a bit of a time crunch. They delivered my clothes an hour ahead of promised delivery time. Can't praise enough.

  Mr Bean really wants to clean your clothes! Top notch laundry service with a smile! Extremely reasonably priced and clothes delivered to my hotel the same day for free! Located in a hidden alleyway, why not check out the Cafe Apartments while your shirts are being tumbled dry?

  Cleaned very well, the cleaner was very nice and friendly and also followed instructions on specific clothes. Responded very fast to text and calls very helpful would use this service again on my next travel!

  Dropped off at the morning, even though they was out on a delivery a.number was left and communicated via WhatsApp. A woman nipped in from across the street took my laundry and gave a reciept. They dropped it off at my hotel reception at 1530 all clean folded and let me know via message. All this 2kgs clothing for 70Dong, brilliant service.

  Got two of my favourite shirts back with new, similar stains. One has it different places. Looks like maybe rust (from drying rack or something) :( got offered to get them cleaned again, but I don't have time. Hopefully I get them out at home.
