  Highly recommend going to this place for your laundry service. I have used them several times on my trips to Ho Chi Minh; the clothes are clean and smell wonderful. We had laundry that needed low heat which they were able to do for us. I had all my laundry done with express service which they complete as promised on. Both Hanna and Hien are so professional and very attentive to our needs! They are such nice people. If you need an honest and professional service, come here.

  I would like to recommend this establishment, although it is a bit pricier compared to other local businesses. Recently, I brought my expensive imported suit here for dry cleaning. Before entrusting it to them, I meticulously searched for a place that demonstrated attention to detail and organization in its services. During my visit, the staff was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. They thoroughly inspected the suit and understood my specific dry cleaning requirements. The service was remarkably efficient, taking only one day, and the suit was returned to me impeccably clean, steamed, and carefully protected. Based on my experience, I highly recommend this establishment for dry cleaning services. However, I cannot comment on the quality of their other services.

  I had the pleasure of experiencing Mr. Jeff Laundry during my recent trip to Vietnam, and I must say it was truly one of the best laundry services I've encountered. The staff members displayed a remarkable level of responsibility and professionalism. Not only were my clothes impeccably clean, but they also had a delightful scent that lasted long after the laundry was done. Each item being neatly folded and presented in a way that surpassed my expectations. What made my experience even more enjoyable was the fair pricing. It was such a pleasant to receive high-quality service at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend Mr. Jeff Laundry to anyone in need of laundry services during their time in HCMC, Vietnam.

  My wife and I were warmly, greeted by Hien and explained any concerns that were brought to her attention. They were quick and we were happy with both the laundry wash and dry cleaning. She did not over promise and was able to get our clothing delivered to the hotel at a minimal charge. We would definitely recommend using this laundry service.

  I searched on google reviews and was confident to leave my washing with Mr Jeff. I sorted and sent pictures about what could be put in the dryer and washed in a machine and what needed to be hand washed and air dried. They followed the instructions beautifully and were very helpful with my questions. Picked up and dropped of your the reception of my hotel with a minimal fee. Clothes smelt and looked great. Thank you Mr Jeff.

  Nice people, though they washed all my coloured and plain clothes together resulting in blue staining on one shirt and one pair of bottoms (not cheap) - potentially ruined. They also said I could collect at 19:00, but started locking up the shop at 17:00 (only noticed because my hotel was above) and only after enquiring about my washing did they return it to me. Like I say, nice people and likely a good business but on this occasion I received a poor wash and a poor service.

  Everyone was nice and our clothes definitely smelled better, but none of the stains got out. Like seriously I could have done it better with a bit of soap and tap water. 2 stars for the smell and the price :/

  Absolutely terrible service! Went there a few times, not just once but I am never going back. I exclusively mentioned that I wanted to have my linen shirt dry cleaned. She said she understood and still had it normal washed and ironed. My linen shirts shrink when they are washed normally in water. When I complained about it she said it was my fault for not looking at their receipt and basically tried to put the fault on me. The previous time I had the same shirt dry cleaned at this place, they used too much chemical or something and frayed the collar in a perfectly new shirt with no defects. Also the previous time they lost my laundry bag for which I had to come back a second time and they took a while to find it. Careless and unprofessional. This was the last time brought my clothes there.
