  Went with this location after a quick search on Google. I was very pleased with the results. It's a little tricky to find (I added photos to help you get there). The manager is very friendly and nice. He speaks decent English. My laundry was delivered back to me at my hotel late at night. Everything was folded and packaged really nicely. I think that this place is very busy so I would add 4-5 hours to the time estimate they provide so you can plan appropriately. This is especially relevant if you are leveraging their free delivery service.

  1,5kg of laundry picked up at around noon and delivered free of charge back to my hotel little before 2000. The same day. All neatly folded, plastic double-packed and freshly smelling. Top quality at its fastest.

  Been in SEA for over 4 months and relying solely on neighborhood laundry services. This business is BY FAR the BEST service I've had. First, they fold the clothes like I do!! No one else has ever done it my way! Not here. Less obvious wrinkle seams once worn. Two, they plastic wrap this in groups -- like even my socks had their own mini-pack. I'm not convinced this is really necessary but it shows commitment to good service. Finally, I walked my stuff in about 7, it was raining. They gave me a mini-raincoat free, little travel emergency type, and then they said they'd bring it to my hotel by 2pm the next day. It was at the front desk by 10:30am. Clothes look great, light fragrance to them, quite clean. Really outstanding laundry run by nice people who go the extra mile for you. Thank you, T&H.

  If you're looking to do some laundry before your trip home, I highly recommend this service. They pick up and deliver your clothes directly from and to your hotel at no extra cost. White and colored clothes are washed separately, and if they notice any stains, they send you photos and ask whether you'd like them to do additional cleaning. They also send the exact weight of your laundry and the total price before washing, which is very transparent and appreciated. Everything I received back was perfectly clean and in excellent condition. Communication through WhatsApp was quick, professional, and very friendly. An excellent service that made our trip much easier!

  T&H picked up my laundry in morning from my hotel <5 km away and my laundry was returned by night time. I really liked how my clothes were packaged and fit nicely in my suitcase for travel. The people at T&H were super friendly and professional. Highly recommend these people and their services to anyone in the HCMC area!

  Amazing laundry service! From start to finish, communication was clear and precise. I had my washing picked up from my hotel and delivered back folded and ready to pack into my suitcase. Cannot recommend enough 🫶🏼

  This laundry store is great! :)) I contacted them on whatsapp to inquire for a laundry and they’re very responsive. Price is good, and delivery/pickup is free within 3km~ area. Also, they packed my clothes in packets when they delivered it back. Thank you so much. I will use this service again when i come back to Ho Chi Minh next time 🫶

  Worst experience ever. They destroy your clothes. It becomes more dirty than before, they make it smaller and White clothes Grey + new dort spots. We asked for sun drying. It was 4 packa of clothes (8,5kg). 4 hours later (!) after we gave our clothes away, they we're back in our Hotel delivered. They Just did a quick wash, which did not Clean at all and quick dryed in high tempertures. We gave instructions to Clean in 30 degrees. We paid around 400k.
