  Great service - dropped our laundry off & it was delivered back to our hotel the next day. They had to make 2 attempts at delivery as our reception was not open on the first attempt and did so with no complaints which was very much appreciated. Our clothes were folded & packaged perfectly and smelled lovely - would highly recommend!

  I had a great experience with this laundry service. The quality of the wash was excellent—my clothes came back fresh, clean, and neatly folded. What really stood out to me was the packaging. Everything was packed so carefully and professionally, which made it feel like they genuinely care about their customers’ items. The service itself was also fantastic. The staff were friendly, responsive, and the turnaround time was quick. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I’ll definitely be using this service again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for reliable laundry with great attention to detail.

  I was on holiday and needed it wash 1kg of clothes,they had a pricelist in English and the lady spoke very good English. I found them just by chance walking the streets. They washed my clothes and folded and all done and they dropped it to my hotel(3min walk) the next morning. It was very cheap and amazing service. I highly recommend if you are nearby. To find this place: when you see the sign, look for an entrance to concrete stairs, walk up to he second floor and turn left to the end of that floor, you will smell fresh clothes so you won't miss it.

  Great pickup and delivery service right to my hotel. The price is per kg and is reasonable. All my clothes are returned folded and wrapped in plastic.

  Love this laundry service! Efficient and great value. ₫45,000/kg, including free pick-up and delivery. Everything can be arranged via WhatsApp. They speak English and the laundry can be done on the same day. Just the detergent smell is just a bit strong.

  The expectations were high after reading the comments, but when the laundry was delivered back to my hotel, I was shocked by the results. Everything was neatly sorted and packed in separate bags. The overall experience was like unpacking new clothes from the shop. I definitely recommend this place.

  I am usually one to do self service laundry, but after landing tired with a full suitcase of dirty clothes I did not feel like taking the time to do so. As my first time in vietnam, I did not know what to expect, but having my laundry done here was fantastic! The amount of pride taken in everything was mind blowing. I dropped my laundry off late afternoon and it was delivered to my hotel for free the next morning, everything was separate neatly and folded to perfection, they even took the care to neatly fold my socks and underwear! If you are looking to do laundry in D1, I highly recommend this place!

  Disaster from start to finish! I will NEVER use T&H Laundry ever again when in Ho Chi Minh! I chose T&H as they were around the corner from my hotel. Stupidly, I never asked the price before taking my laundry in. They charged me 45,000/kg. I've previously paid between 15,000-45,000/kg throughout Vietnam, even in Hanoi. At 2.8kg, I was charged 126,000VND. I received a message a few hours after dropping off my washing, and paying for their services in advance. The message included photos (see attached) and stated in pre-wash inspection that there were a few stains on 3 t-shirts that would not be fully cleaned in their washing machines. I messaged back that I understood and left it at that. A few hours later I received another message to say the washing was ready and I needed to pay a further 300,000VND for removing the stains. I instantly responded that as nobody asked me if they wanted me to do extra cleaning, which would increase the original (already expensive) charge of 126,000VND by an extra 238%, they should have given me a quote and asked if I wanted the extra cleaning doing before doing the work. They backed off and said they wouldn't charge me. I wonder how many times they try this stunt and get away with it? To make matters even worse, I didn't check my washing on collection. When I get back to my hotel., they have somehow lost all my socks and I am now going to the airport back to freezing cold England in no socks!
