  Stopped by to wash our clothes and ended up having one of the best experiences of the trip. The staff were incredibly welcoming and genuinely helpful. They didn’t just show us how everything worked – they gave us loads of information about the surrounding area and places to visit. We walked in with no plan and walked out with a whole itinerary. Such a surprisingly delightful experience for something as simple as doing laundry.

  5 Stars - Highly Recommended! The place is clean and comfortable, equipped with a sink to wash your hands and free Wi-Fi. However, some customers leave their clothes in the washing machines for too long after the cycle finishes, which causes a shortage of available machines. It would be even better if they supported Vietnamese QR code payments, as it’s usually more cost-effective. The shop does have a token exchange machine on-site (5,000 VND per token, no change given). Also, bringing your own laundry pods is much cheaper!

  This laundry mat is amazing. Clothes came out super fresh and place is very modern and clean. The lovely lady working here was so helpful and even gave us recommendations on where to visit.

  I ve been a loyal fan of the Nguyễn Văn Thương branch. Now the newly opened Đô Thị laundromat is even closer to my place. Love the mood, style, atmosphere, location, staff here so much !!! But above all, the machines and how quickly n perfectly they work on my laundry !!!! Appreciated ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

  The staff here helped me as I do not have a Vietnamese account and it’s all digitalized, they allowed me to pay them cash and they pay for me. Very quick and clean service too

  We had some trouble with their coin machine at 11pm on a Sunday. Messaged their business page on Facebook and they came out and helped us, very friendly!
