  I rented a VinFast electric scooter for five days, and it was a great experience. The rental company was reliable and easy to deal with. Since I couldn’t charge the scooter at my hotel, they allowed me to swap the scooter whenever it was running low—super convenient! The rental process was smooth and quick. I had a nice chat with the owner, and before I knew it, I was on the road. Returning the scooter was just as easy—fast and hassle-free. The price was very reasonable, and I appreciated that I didn’t have to leave my passport as a deposit. That gave me extra peace of mind. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a stress-free scooter rental!

  Mình là khách ruột của các bạn. Rất nhiệt tình và xe ngon lành, mới cóng 🍻. Cần xe đi công tác, các bạn cứ liên hệ nhe.

  Our bike started making loud noises and when we called them, they insisted that we keep riding. After a long call, they let us exchange it, making us wait for 30 mins in the sun. When we called them to return the bike, they said they had no one to come take it and we should have informed them in advance, which we did when we received the bike as we told them “this time tomorrow, we will return it.” They did not make any note and we had to ride to their place when we had a plane to catch. Completely unprofessional. No service mind or problem-solving skills whatsoever.
