  We came here, rented a motorbike, and drove around the city. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely support him again when we come back here.

  Good people. Rented a Vinfast for 2 days initially but owner allowed me to keep extending rental as needed. Left cash deposit and had no problem getting it back. Bike was new, rode well and the helmet was clean and in good condition. Will use them again 👍

  I had a great experience with this scooter rental company in Ho Chi Minh City. What really stands out is how flexible and convenient their service is. They offer home delivery, so you don’t even need to go anywhere, the scooter is brought directly to your hotel or apartment, which is super practical when you first arrive. Same thing for the pick-up: they come and collect the scooter, so there’s no hassle at all. Communication was smooth and fast, and the whole process was very easy from start to finish. The scooter was in excellent condition, clean, and ready to ride. Overall, a very reliable and stress-free service. Perfect if you want something simple, flexible, and efficient in Saigon. I would definitely recommend it.

  We rented a bike for a week and were extremely satisfied with our experience. When renting the bike, they ask for either a passport or a cash deposit as security, which is fully refunded at the end of the rental period. Whenever we had any questions, the team was always available and responded within minutes-even on holidays. Their customer service exceeded our expectations. A 5-star rating is absolutely well-deserved, and I can highly recommend them to anyone considering a rental.

  I have been renting from EZ Rental for at least 6-months now. The rental establishments that I engaged previously did not give me much of a pleasant experience. EZ rental however is very transparent with their prices & conditions upfront. After a while, they have given me a very favorable price after displaying a bit of “customer loyalty” 😆🤘🏻. The rental process is very simple from the get-go and they do not ask for a high amount of deposit at the start of the business dealing (<VND2.5mil). Simply present your license / international license and place a small deposit with the establishment and you are set! 1. The owner speaks perfect English and you will find no issues communicating as a foreigner. 2. Bikes rented are in pristine condition. I previously rented a 2024 Honda Blade that barely clocked 500kms. 3. Servicing and maintenance is offered at FOC

  Ethan has been very cooperative and has given me a great deal with my scooter. I would suggest any newcomer in Saigon to use EZ Rent Saigon as the people running it are humble and the scooters are modestly priced. My current scooter is old and has some engine problems but at this price point I can't complain! We've worked out a good system.

  This is my second time using this bike rental shop. They are very kind and reliable people. This time, before going to Ho Chi Minh, I contacted them on Messenger and told them the period I wanted to rent, and they sent me pictures of the bikes currently available for rental. The bike I rented this time was clean and well-maintained, just like last time, and I was very satisfied. I have rented bikes from other shops in Ho Chi Minh, but this shop is the best. I recommend it 100%!
