Good honest people, good selection of decent bikes, standard prices, and convenient hours. I’ve rented from them three times now, and always had a good experience. As with most rental places here, don’t always expect the nicest newest bikes, but they’ll get you around well, and they do have some nicer higher power bike options too if you are willing to pay more. (They have more bikes than what you see out front when you walk up, by the way. They are stored around back, you have to ask what they have available at that time.) Holding your passport as a deposit is the way to go, no worries there. Good selection of different helmets included too. Overall, would recommend.

Friendly staff. Excellent array of bikes. Renting with Flamingo allowed me to see me the beauty of Vietnam. Would recommend using them and making your own trip from south to north!

Great experience picking up a KLX. Old but solid bike. The HCM location Manager was extremely helpful, detail oriented with excellent communication throughout the rental timeframe.

Scooter was in really good condition. We got a rain cost spare tube for the tire for free. Everything went perfect and I can totally recommend the service. We drove from Saigon to Nha Trang in 4 days stopping at da lat and Phan Rang. The drive through the Nui Choa national park and down the ql20 were really nice. Thanks to Flamingo!

My husband and I picked up a rental bike in Hoi An and road down to Ho Chi Minh City over a few weeks. Riding through Hai Van Pass, Tuy Hoa, Da Lat and finally to HCMC. The team at Flamingo were fantastic to work with. Prompt responses to email in preparation and also via whatsapp once we were in Vietnam. They included plastic luggage covers & tie downs for our journey. Bike was a Yamaha 155cc and had enough power to safely make the journey. We received our deposit back with no fuss after a quick bike check.

I rented from their shop in district 2, and everything was easy! Don't forget to bring your passport as a deposit, but they told me this ahead of time. Customer service is great. They are quick to respond on WhatsApp and even offered pick up and drop off service from your accommodation. The motorbike worked great for my personal day around Saigon. I just have to leave a second review for them. I had a long layover at the airport, and they drove the bike to the airport for me so I could have it for 5 hours. They even filled the tank so I wouldn't have to waste time getting gas. This place really is exceptional!!!

I've been a customer of Flamingo Travel for about two years now, and I've always had an outstanding experience. Their bikes and prices are very affordable (even possible to set up long term plans with excellent rates). But what really sets them apart is their legendary customer service! The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they make it a mission to go out of their way to ensure that you have a smooth and beautiful driving experience in Vietnam. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with Flamengo Travel. They're the best bike rental company in HCMC!

Fantastic staff, helpful mechanics! Bike was well maintained in good shape. Higher prices than if you really shopped around, but to get a nice crf was worth it. Helmets were absolute trash. Old, no padding, beat up and dropped, dirty. For the price, I'd expect nicer helmet options . Consider bringing your own or negotiating a discount.
