  We rent an AB motobike at Binh Thanh. Good price , average side in the market. The quality of the motobike is good. Customer service is good. The boy hand over the motobike for us is very nice. He gave us advice when driving . They event kept 2 helmets and 2 raincoats that really helps in Saigon in rainy season

  My experience renting a bike here was honestly bad. The scheme is simple — and clearly intentional. You arrive, agree on the price and a specific bike. Then you’re told that “your bike will be ready tomorrow”, and for now they give you another one just for one day. This temporary bike is great, no complaints, so you pay the full amount in advance. The next day, however, you’re given a completely different bike — in my case, the worst bike I’ve ridden in four years of living in Vietnam. Worn out, uncomfortable, and nowhere near what was agreed on. When you complain, the answer is basically: the money is already paid. The only “solution” you get is a polite: “Oh, sorry, we didn’t mean to mislead you.” No refund, no real alternative, no responsibility. Officially — an apology. In reality — a classic bait-and-switch after payment. I do not recommend this place. Be very careful.
