  Not a very honest operator. Promised me different rate but when I arrived in Vietnam he hikes the price. The bikes also not well maintained so much so we lost few hours to fix it because faulty radiator. Even though he reimbursed the money but time lost cause us riding at night not to mention during raining.

  Rented a bike, it broke down multiple times. Put 30k gas in it, somehow ran out of gas after 20 minutes of driving. Gave us a replacement bike that didn't even have enough gas to drive 5 mins to the gas station. Broke down in middle of traffic, very dangerous. If you want the lowest quality motorbikes, without enough gas to make it to the nearest gas station, make sure to use these guys.

  The scooter was ok, the brakes a bit weak. But the service was a disaster. A drop-off location was suggested by the company. The time for delivery is agreed and confirmed in writing. But 30 minutes after the appointment they asked where the location was. The handover took place much too late, so I missed the flight. The only reaction: "Oh, sorry, I had a lot to do" and the suggestion that I could stay in a hotel (about $50) at my own expense. Plus my costs for new flight bookings.
