  Pleasantly Surprised with Great Service I was initially quite skeptical about renting a scooter here. The place only had 10 reviews, while other rental shops nearby had hundreds of positive ones. They also don’t have a Facebook page, which added to my hesitation, especially after hearing stories about bike rental scams in Vietnam. However, meeting the owner completely changed my mind. He speaks English reasonably well (better than most places I’ve been to in Vietnam) and was upfront and honest in all his dealings. What really stood out was that he didn’t overcharge or try to upsell anything. Even more surprising, his payment machine wasn’t working, but he still rented me the scooter without asking for a security deposit! That level of trust and flexibility is hard to find. The bike was in great condition and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. If you’re looking for a reliable scooter rental, this place is definitely worth considering!

  Excellent customer service! At first I thought the shop was closed, even though it was within opening hours, so I texted him, and he came right out and let me in. The owner is a very kind and fair man. He showed me a few different options, and we found a good scooter within my budget. Very easy. Will definently be renting from him again next time!

  I rent a bike here for 4 month, a good semi auto for a really cheap price. Every month they do a technical check on tires, oil, brakes… I really recommend, also for the kindness of the staff !

  Above & Beyond Scooter Rental Shop with a SMILE. My buddy and I are from Arizona, USA. Tri the owner is so KIND and has a HEART OF GOLD!!! No gimmicks!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! See for yourself, you will be impressed!!! All thanks to Tri we got to see most of Saigon. Thank you Tri 💚🤙🏽

  I had the pleasure to deal with this renting company several times. Very responsive, good English, delivered the bike in short notice (during Covid times), very polite and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

  Very quick process for a rental. 150,000vnd for a day rental, only asked for a driver's license. No deposit, and good running vehicle. I'll probably rent for a whole week now. They even offered to sell bikes too! Would definetly recommend. Also, I thought my bike got stolen. The owner met me where i left it last, and helped me find the local police station where it was. It was picked up for overnight parking. The owner was extremely helpful!
