The condition of the scooter was decent. The process was smooth and very professional. They even let us keep bike for extra few hour for no extra charge. The only issue can be finding the correct location for the first time. When the streets start getting too thin for a 2 wheeler, it means you've gone too far and need to go back a little. It just needs exactly 3 turns from the main road and no more.

Rented the motorcycle for 3 days in a span of one week. They let us not pay for 2 days that scooter was stored in the hotel parking because we have full day tour. 3 days rental including delivery and pick up - 550k VND Good deal! Thank you!

Overall, great drop off and pick up experience. Wish we had asked for a newer model rental though because the vehicle we received had numerous concerning faults. It was dropped off on an empty tank and the speedometer wasn’t working. All in all, I’m very glad we rented a scooter for our short time in Saigon, it made the experience much more authentic. Thank you anh bao and especially Nguyen Quoc anh for an excellent drop off and pick up experience! Highly recommend, just request a newer model and ideally one with some gas.

Advisory: Be aware that this rental business will not rent you a bike without holding your passport. They declined my offer to leave my Thai driver's license, my APEC card, or a cash deposit instead. There was no room for discussion; it was strictly no passport, no rental. This policy seems unusually stringent compared to other rental practices in Vietnam and doesn't reflect well on how they view foreigners. I'm giving them 2 stars because I acknowledge my part in not fully researching their policies before visiting, which could have saved me some time. Note to the business: I appreciate your readiness to reconsider your policy following my review, which is commendable. However, having lived in Vietnam for over a decade, I remain skeptical about the sincerity of such a swift change. It's worth noting that I successfully rented from another agency using the credentials you rejected. Thank you for the response, but I'll continue to approach with caution based on my experiences here.

Rude! I tried to rent a bike, I asked what kind of bikes do they have, and after saying what I want, the woman said that she doesn't have that one, and hung up immediately, really rude! Not recommended for those who wants to rent a bike here. As many well said before, this place requires a passport that's quite sus tho. Ps: The image is just for reference, if anyone wants proofs, I can send the voice recording.

I’d highly advise you to rent somewhere else if you have the choice. My experience with them has not been good from the beginning but i rented a Vespa with a lot damage from them because everything else was closed for the Chinese New Year holiday (everything is closed for like a week or so with the holiday) Their website looks great and professional but that’s about. When you try to call the number on the website you get to talk to a lady who barely speaks English and is very rude, with everything you say she keeps insisting to send her a message on Whatsapp (probably so she can use Google Translate for everything). She ask you to send all your information first, passport, (international) drivers license etc before she gives any information about the rental. As everything was closed i decided to rent anyways ignoring the previous bad reviews on Google. At the rental shop there was not a single person who speaks English and was able to answer any questions. Managed to negotiate a “better” price on the broken Vespa after the shop called the “Whatsapp lady”, went from 200k per day to 170k per day with 2 million as deposit. After driving away from the rental shop nothing on the dashboard worked so no speed/fuel indicator and everything was blinking, went back to the shop and the guy there told me it will go away and for the fuel i have to fill it up (so they gave me an empty tank). After the rental period i extend it 1 more day out of convenience, so i had to pay 170k extra. On the last day the bike didn’t start and i tried to contact the “Whatsapp lady” again and she even more rude this time and immediately hangs up when i tried to call. The security guard of the hotel luckily helped me and called them for me. After a while they came and picked up the bike. Had to pay for the extra day of course but they tried to scam me for 70k as well for picking up the bike and i had to explain them it’s not my responsibility if the bike doesn’t start.

I went to the place to rent a motorbike, but 1,000,000 seemed a bit expensive, while other rental companies charge an average of 200,000.

Don’t rent a scooter on this place!! I rent a lot of scooters in Asia. This was the worst thing I’ve ever seen. I rented a scooter (Vespa) for 1 day. The Vespa is completely defect. The horn doesn’t work, the chassis completely defects ( every pothole is dangers), the speed display doesn’t work, by every stop the scooter goes off. The most danger thing is the wheel. After 2 kilometers our tire burst. I wrote the staff a message, that we have a flat tire. After 15 minutes later comes the message, I have to repair this tire because the wheels are not flat before. After 2 hours for searching a garage for repairing the wheel by 35 degrees, the owner from the garage said, that the wheel is one of the worst conditions he ever had seen. It’s so dangerous to drive with this wheel. I have to pay more than 500.000 for change the wheel. I wrote the owner a message, that he had to pay this repair, but the answer was: no, that’s not his problem. The wheel is damaged because of the bad conditions and not because something drove in. Please go to a better place for rent a scooter. I lost 4 hours for repairs the scooter and 650.000 for one day because of the repair.
