  My travel companion and I had an excellent experience with Tigit. We rented bikes for about a month and toured North/South following a very helpful map provided by Tigit with explanations of each city along the way. There is a reason this is the number one recommended motorbike shop for visitors in vietnam. Professional and helpful start to finish. Great value and great bikes. Make sure you rent the upgraded helmet and protect your noggin!

  Reliable, quick to respond to email queries. Value for money. The bikes are well maintained. All your questions will be addressed and answered as best they can. I will rent from Tigit again and again. I rented the Honda 500CBX both times, with Givi side panniers

  What an adventure that was. TIGIT rented us a very good bike for 22 days. We had a Honda XR 150L, perfect dual sport for Vietnam! No problems, easy to rent, easy to drop. Very good guide and they even have a Youtube Channel if you want to check the best routes. Will rent from them anytime. Just prepare yourself for some of the best and worst roads with some of the worst drivers in the world! We wern't stop by the Police so that was not a problem. Will do this again in the North. Consider bringing or buying a helmet feom Vietnam, they have really good cheap products!

  Rented the Honda XR 150 for about a month. Zero complaints, the bike was in great condition and gave me zero problems on the way. Besides that, there’s a couple of handy services they offer (like shipping your bag to another office) and a ton of free info they provide. Everything went incredibly seamless and easy and will definitely use them again!

  I rented a motorcycle here by Tigit , but they also sell motorcycles. Renting is better than buying, when renting you can still take out insurance. In the event of an accident on the road, your motorcycle is insured. Super nice staff, especially Lisa is a nice lady. Everything is well explained. You get 2 inner tires, for the front and rear tire. Super well organised. They have several offices in Vietnam. I rode the motorcycle from south to north Vietnam. Fantastic routes through the mountains and jungle. Had unfortunately had an accident, broke foot and calf bone. But everything was solved neatly by Tigit. The motorcycle was picked up and brought back to Hanoi. Of course I had to pay the costs myself. But not the motorcycle because I had taken out insurance for that of 43 euros. A few days later everything was properly credited. Also got around 100 euros back deposited into my bank account. This motorcycle company is definitely recommended. Just everything in good order, top engines and good service. And very affordable. 5 weeks for 500 euros.   Renting the Honda XR to do my first cross country Motorbike adventure, Tigit have been so helpful and very accommodating! They supply maps and tailored advice for your needs, good selection of gear too. Booked a off road lesson wand Tony taught me so much valuable info as someone who had freshly passed their bike license! His lessons have helped me out a lot especially when Google maps has sent me down some questionable dirt roads! Even managed to learn how to do a donut and some other essential off road skills that have kept me safe! He is quite the expert always emphasising safety and wearing the correct gear!

  We rented a bike in Hanoi and drove down to saigon. After 1 week my bike died. But I could easy swapped it in da nang. Also I had to go to the mechanic. All the money I payed I got refunded later. It was a great experience to go with a bike from Tigit. Would definitely do it again!

  We rented two Honda 350s from Tigit and our experience with them was very good! Everything went really smoothly and the company seemed very trustworthy, safe and the customer service was great. We had some minor technical issues with the bikes during our 3 week trip and it was really easy to reach Tigit and ask for help. Would definitely rent from them again, fully recommend!
