  The company is very professional and reminds me a lot of rental services overseas. We came back to Vietnam for a vacation and rented a bike here. The service was great, and the staff could communicate in English and Russian. We decided to rent an electric scooter because we're not very confident riders, and traffic in Ho Chi Minh City is always busy. The scooter was super smooth and easy to ride, which was something I really liked. Its top speed is only around 51 km/h, so it felt safe and comfortable. At first, I was a bit worried about charging an electric scooter, but they offer free battery swaps, which made everything much easier. I could either charge it myself or simply message them in advance and have a fresh battery ready when I arrived. I'm very happy with both the service and the staff. If I get the chance to visit Da Nang, Nha Trang, or Phu Quoc in the future, I'll definitely rent from them again!!

  Had a great time with my 30+ day rental. The deposit refund is reasonable. Very professional too, following good procedures.
