  I was staying in District 2 and looking to rent a 50cc electric bike (no license required) for a short ride around the city. Although this shop only offers long-term rentals (minimum one month), the owner was incredibly kind and helpful — he even recommended another nearby shop for me. Even without any transaction, he went out of his way to help me find what I needed. Really appreciate his support! Highly recommend this place — great service and a genuinely helpful owner.

  Great communication and smooth transaction. They are very clear and responsive. Most of their scooters look very new and nice. I called up 5 different scooter rental stores and this place had the best price. This is definitely one of the best places to rent a scooter in Ho Chi Minh City as of 2022. Highly recommended.

  I thought I had posted a review but apparently not, what a miss. Alec and Minh have been super helpful and friendly until today as I've been renting for a couple of months now, going back and forth, asking for accessories, changing bikes, etc... I'm really glad to have found this shop as they're both reliable and give very good advice. Just super super cool. Cheers!!

  Alec, you’ve got great parents 🤩 Walked in today in want of a 1 month rental. The lovely service personnel who assisted me are the parents of the owner. My questions were answered patiently and honestly. Pleasant conversation was exchanged as the paperwork was completed. Helmet + poncho were included, and I was given a comprehensive walk through of bike operation. Price is competitive and fair The experience felt like I was catching up with the parents of a friend and less like a business transaction. Highly recommend Vietride.

  Excellent rental experience from start to finish. The scooter was well-maintained, the helmet comfortable, and the raincoat saved me twice. The whole process was straightforward and hassle-free.   Really enjoyed riding my bike with VietRide. The owner is from Australia. He was very friendly and helpful with any issues. Just don't forget to pop in once a month for a quick service look and you will enjoy your travelling around Saigon as much as I did. Thank you, Alec. It's time for me to go back home, but if I happen to come over again I know where to rent a two wheel friend.

  Did rent from VieRide for few months before finally buying my own. They have been nothing but great to work with. From the first encounter when I had no clue about VN all the way to a smooth check out. Thank you very much!!! Even the doggie will miss the red bike!

  Great service. Trust worthy and reliable. Really nice and friendly people. Highly recommended. They have a wide variety of mopeds to choose from.
