  Very friendly and helpful staff. They promoted a discount by buying other products so we had a 50% on the whole bill:-)

  Whenever I go to a lot of pharmacity, mostly they said "nah" about my medicine. I was disappointed a bit. There are so many pharmacity but I dont want to look around whole day. However this store has enough supply about most of medicine compared to other store. It is near backpackers street. For next visit, I will review 5 stars for me.

  Fantastic pharmacy here. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Your questions will be answered as succinctly as if the pharmacist was your regular General Practitioner. Of course, double check what you’re taking for your remedy but I was able to solve several issues when I only arrived here hoping for an a solution for one.

  Very helpful and friendly and professional and understanding of what I needed to remedy my medical needs. Guy that helped me spoke English which helped me when I was not feeling the best.

  Went here to buy medicine for my chronic cough, was welcomed by a nice staff trying to help me with cough syrup. Then another guy tall with glasses didn’t try to help me, i asked to check which pharmacy have the proper medicine (because they can check on their database) but he just told me to go out as i was making him « lose his time ». Happens that the same brand of pharmacy 500m further had it, the staff is not helpful and totally hostile against foreigners. Will never recommend to go there and i hope this guy get fired because he didn’t try to help, he just kicked me out of this place for no reason. The pic shows that i had the proper medication i needed somewhere else and welcomed a proper way by professional workers. Don’t ask for help at that place, 2 stars because of the first guy who did his best.

  Entered this pharmacy intending to make a purchase, however the experience was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. There was no staff at the counter, so the security guard rushed inside to call employees. He then remained nearby, watching us closely. Shortly after, other staff were called to stand around and observe us, making it very obvious we were being monitored as if we were criminals. The entire situation felt like profiling, seemingly based only on our appearance and tattoos. We were doing nothing wrong — simply waiting at the counter to buy items — yet were stared at constantly, with staff and security watching us like hawks. I even made a light comment and laughed about how everyone was staring at us, and only then did some staff step away. The security guard moved back outside but continued to stare at us intensely the entire time. What made this even more frustrating is that people should not be judged this way. I am well educated, hold a master’s degree, and was more than capable of spending money there or even buying the entire store outright — yet we were treated as if we were untrustworthy simply because of how we look. Because of this uncomfortable and disrespectful treatment, I chose not to purchase anything and instead went to another pharmacy where we were treated normally as human beings and customers. Very unprofessional behavior and not a welcoming environment. No customer should feel judged or looked down on based solely on appearance, especially since we have recently bought multiple items at this store the past week. Response Save your generic nonsense responses. Your store sucks, look at your reviews. How embarrassing for the owner. You don't need any more details and there's nothing you will do to fix any of your customer service issues because you love mediocrity
