    The staff are very helpful.

Spoke enough English.. Very helpful and had other products made from Italy, Japan, Korea, and other countries. By the way, although this is a chain-store, they all don’t carry the same products.

the temperature drops after rain, I caught a cold and got a sore throat (I am sure the fantastic air quality in Saigon helps) The pharmacist first recommended a staggering 650k natural bee's product spray, & then a 250k 2 days dosage of antibiotics for the throat. (not sure if I need antibiotics I don't think my sore throat is that serious). At the end I went for a 30k 2 days dosage pills for cough. It is at the petrol station very conveniently located.

Small pharmacity located at the corner of a gas station. The available products are limited.

been to 2 pharmacity nearby. Seem the standard practice is to show the most expensive item first so they will give you the italian, the new zealand, or japanese drugs. Since I know both western drug and eastern herbal medicine, they mostly wrong or over promise on the expensive items. The price are very high even considering how much the local makes. I asked what the local use they cant seem to give me an answer so I had to be specific on the local brand name else they wont bother to show you.

It’s been several years since I started buying medicine at Pharmacity, but the staff seem to be getting worse over time. The consultant is a pharmacist, not a doctor. I really can’t understand why they refuse to sell medicine that a patient has been taking for years just because there are no symptoms. I understand their job is difficult, but their professionalism is highly questionable.

My husband went there for medication and they told him they wouldn’t sell individual blisters, so they made him pay the whole boxes of what he needed. He paid 2.7 million… I should have gone with him so they didn’t take advantage of him for not speaking Vietnamese. Total scam service.
